Product Information

The HEG-E, RRE-E and WEG-E Heavy Duty Electric Griddle models are high-quality cooking appliances manufactured by Vulcan-Hart,  a division of ITW Food Equipment Group, LLC. The griddles are available in various sizes, including HEG24E, HEG36E, HEG48E, HEG60E, HEG72E, WEG24E, WEG36E, WEG48E, WEG60E, WEG72E, RRE24E, RRE36E and RRE48E. The griddles are designed to provide consistent heat distribution and temperature control for efficient cooking and are equipped with replaceable elements and controls.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the griddle, ensure that it is properly installed and connected to a power source as per the installation instructions provided with the product.

1. Turn on the griddle by adjusting the controls and setting the desired temperature. Refer to the Controls and Panels section of the user manual for detailed information on the controls
2. Allow the griddle to preheat to the desired temperature before placing food on it.
3. When cooking, use appropriate utensils and tools to avoid damaging the griddle surface.
