SIP 20 Ton Bottle Jack
Product Information
The Winntec quality product is a jack stand designed to support vehicles during maintenance or repair work. The product comes with a pressure release valve that can be turned counter clockwise to release pressure. The product is fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the jack stand, carefully read the instructions provided in the manual.
- Become acquainted with the safety symbols provided on the product label.
- Ensure that the surface on which the jack stand is placed is level and stable.
- Place the jack stand under the vehicle’s jacking point.
- Slowly raise the jack stand to the desired height using a hydraulic jack or other lifting device.
- Ensure that the jack stand is securely in place before releasing the hydraulic jack or lifting device.
- To lower the jack stand, turn the pressure release valve counter clockwise to release pressure.
- After use, store the jack stand in a dry and secure place.
Note: If the product proves faulty during the guarantee period, it should be returned to the place of purchase along with the original receipt for a replacement or repair.

GENERAL SAFETY REGULATIONS (ALSO SEE SAFETY SYMBOLS ON PRODUCTS LABEL):
- This product is designed and made only for lifting vehicles.
- Never lift loads on sloping, uneven or soft ground.
- Before starting lifting, it is necessary to block the vehicle by placing two wedges by the wheels, as shown on the label.
- Make sure that the vehicle lifting point suggested by the car manufacturer is stable and properly centred on the jack saddle.
- After lifting the load it is absolutely essential to rest it on jack stands.
USE
(ALSO SEE SAFETY SYMBOLS ON THE PRODUCTS LABEL):
- Insert the handlebar into the handle fork of the jack.
- Check if the pressure release valve is closed (turn clockwise).
- Make sure that the vehicle lifting point suggested by the car manufacturer is stable and properly centred on the jack saddle.
- Start lifting and do not exceed the rated load.
- After lifting the load, always place jack stands.
- To lower the jack, remove the jack stands and slowly open the pressure release valve (turn counter clockwise).
MAINTENANCE :
- Keep the jack at minimum height when not in use. Make sure that the pressure release valve is closed.
- Keep the jack clean and check the oil level at least twice a year.
GARANTEE :
This Winntec product is fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a
period of 36 months from the date of purchase. If your product proves faulty
during the guarantee period, it should be returned to the place of purchase
together with the original receipt.
