TROUBLESHOOTING

Fault indication:
Ice full indicator flashes quickly: The ambient temperature detector is faulty, try to restart ice maker. If unable to solve, please contact the seller. Ice full indicator and water shortage indicator flash alternately: the open and closed signals of the ice full switch cannot be detected for 3 consecutive times, the machine stops working and reports a mechanical failure.

FAULT SELF-DIAGNOSIS

  1. Water pump —— You can directly observe whether the water flows down from the top of the ice tray. If not, the water pump may dameged.
  2. Ice making —— After the ice-making last running for 10 minutes, the water in the insede water tank will be cold. You can touch the ice tray or the running water to feel the water temperature. If it is not cold, the compressor may be damaged.
  3. If you use tap water inlet mode to make ice and find that the water overflows from the inside water tank. Please check whether the water pressure in your house exceeds the specified range. If it is confirmed that the problem is water pressure, you need a pressure reducing valve to reduce the water pressure.
