Vacuum sealing

This innovative and unique vacuum sealer has a high evacuation power with 10 – 20 mbar. The adjustable degree of vacuum is best suited for soft products with a little amount of liquids into the vacuum bag. Due to the adjustable sealing time, vacuum foils of different thicknesses can be sealed.
Food easily spoils under the influence of oxygen, light and temperatures above 0°C. Storing food in a fridge increases shelf life a little.
The advantages of Vacuum sealing:

  • The removal of oxygen gives bacteria and mould little opportunity to grow
  • Moisture and nutrients are retained.
  • Protects from odours and odour accumulation
  • Hygienic storage.

The food therefore stays fresh significantly longer!

Programme M 1

  • This programme is best when small amounts of liquids (max. 10 – 15 ml) passing through the bag. The device operates with a vacuum of 95%.
  • The pump sucks the air in 5 cycles and seals the bag.
  • The sealing time depends on the thickness of the bags or if small quantities of liquids lower the temperature of the sealing bar.
  • If the sealing seam is sealed too much or still leaking, the sealing time must be adjusted with the +/- buttons.
  • After 5 times of intensive vacuuming, the device turns to E10 (Advanced-Series shows “EA”) to protect the electronics. Leave the device to cool down for about 10 minutes with pressure bar open. The display counts down the remaining time.

Programme M 2

  • This programme includes the same function as program M 1.
  • The vacuum power is adapted to soft products.
  • After 5 times of intensive vacuuming, the device turns to E10 (Advanced-Series shows “EA”) to protect the electronics.
Leave the device to cool down for about 10 minutes with pressure bar open. The display counts down the remaining time.

Programme M 3

  • This programme includes the same function as program M 0. (vacuum and sealing)
  • The vacuum power is adapted to soft products.

Programme M 4

  • This programme is for vacuuming in containers.
  • Open the pressure bar and put the vacuum hose on the vacuumnozzle no. 10. The LED M1-M2-M3 flashes. As soon as the LEDs light up constantly for about 1 second and start to flash again you can vacuum in containers by using the buttons +/- no. 7/8 to control the vacuum.

  • You can set the marinade time, by default it is set to 8 hours. In this programme, the device carries out a series of suction cycles keeping the pressure in the container constant. When the time has elapsed, “END” is displayed.
  • To change the time, open the pressure bar. Press the “minus” and “sealing2 button (no. 7 and 10) for 3 seconds. The display shows „TEU“ alternating with the set time.

  • The longer the vacuum time, the better the result. The optimal vacuum time to achieve the best result is 8 seconds. The default setting is 4 seconds. The longer the vacuum time, the slower the device seems to work.
  • The vacuum time can be determined for each programme individually. For the programmes M 4 and M 5 the time is set to 30 seconds by default.

Setting the vacuum pressure
(only for the professional series):

  • The operation pressure can be set independently for the programmes M 0, M 2 and M3.
  • Open the pressure bar. Press the buttons “plus and “sealing” (no. 8 and 10) for 3 seconds. The display shows “PRS” and the set operation pressure alternately.
