Product Information
The product is an open-frame capacitive touch monitor manufactured by Sichuan faytech Tech Co. The product comes in three different sizes: 11.6-21.5 inches, 32-55 inches, and 7 inches. The touch monitor has external connectors for serial connectors, USB-touch connectors, 12V DC-In, Ear-Out, VGA, DP, HDMI, and 24V DC-In (32+). It also comes with accessories such as a 100-240V ACDC switching power supply, USB-Touch cable, and HDMI cable. Product Usage Instructions
- Read the detailed instruction manual before the operation which is available at www.faytech.com.
- For power supply, connect the touch monitor to the included AC adaptor or use an equivalent power 12V or 24V DC source depending on the size. Refer to individual product labels for all power information.
- For cleaning the unit, turn off the device first and then clean it gently with a dry, soft cloth.
- If there are any unclarities or problems, refer to the detailed instruction manual first. If it does not help and your device has a defect, contact Playtech. The standard warranty period is 24 months.
- If there is a defect, request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) at support@faytech.com. For further information, refer to their website: www.faytech.com/rma.
