Product Information
The SMD LED Mini Light Bar is a 50W magnetic base, single poin fixing model suitable for use with 12/24V power supply. It comes i two models – MLB80MB and MLB80SB. The product is manufactured to a high standard and if used according to the instructions provided, it will give years of trouble-free performance.
Product Usage Instructions
Safety Instructions
- Familiarize yourself with the product’s application and limitations, as well as any specific potential hazards peculiar to the beacon.
- Replace or repair damaged parts with recommended parts only. Do not use non-authorized parts as they may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
- Do not use the beacon for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
- Do not allow children to operate the beacon.
- Do not operate the beacon if any parts are missing or damaged as this may cause failure or possible personal injury.
- When not in use, switch off the beacon and remove plug from power supply.
Wiring
The black wire should be wired to a suitable earth. The red wire should be wired via a switch to a suitable fused 12V live supply fitted with a 5 amp fuse. The yellow wire should be wired to earth via a momentary switch (negative earth).
Attaching the Light to Your Vehicle
There are two strong magnets on the reverse of the unit that can be used to attach the light to your vehicle. Alternatively, the screw fitting can be used. The screw can be removed from th underside of the light bar by removing the fixing plate. Under the fixing plate, there is a recess for the head of the setscrew to sit in. This will stop the setscrew from turning when tightening the nut.
Switching on and Changing the Light Pattern
There are two buttons on the in-car adapter. One switch (wit LED indicator light) switches the light on and off. The othe switch switches light patterns. There are ten different light patterns to choose from.
Environment Protection
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories, and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling center, and disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.

INTRODUCTION
Extremely bright 50W amber SMD LED high intensity mini light bar fitted with magnets on the base. 10 Modules fitted with 8 LEDs, creating a 360° light. Fitted with a 3m cable and 12V vehicle accessory socket. Plug includes two switches, on/off and a momentary switch, giving you the option of 10 different flash patterns. Built-in memory recalls last pattern selected. ECE R65 and R10 Approved for highway use. CE Approved and E-Marked. IP66 rated. Single bolt version available (Model No. MLB80SB).

OPERATION
