  • To prevent the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the appliance to rain or moisture.
  • Before using the appliance, make sure that the accessories used are in good condition and are properly connected.
  • Avoid dust and extreme temperatures and do not place the appliance in any place where damage to the appliance could occur.
  • Do not put any objects or any liquids into the device connector.
  • Please use the accessories that come with the product. If you use other accessories that are not provided by the manufacturer, please check that they comply with the product parameters standards, as well as the relevant national standards. If the accessories are found to be damaged upon receipt of the package, please contact the shop’s customer service immediately.
  • It is recommended to use the power adapter that comes with the product. If the power adapter fails during use and cannot be used, you can use a mobile phone charger or mobile power supply that meets the requirements for powering the monitor with a 5V3A USB 3.0 interface.
  • Do not attempt to open the back cover of the monitor, there are no user-repairable parts in the machine. If the monitor is faulty, please contact the shop’s customer service.

Introduction to buttons:

  • The function buttons are designed with humanized “Turning Button” and “Power/Return Button11
  • In the power-on state:Short press the “Turning Button” to open the OSD menu; short press the” Power/Return Button “again to exit the directory menu.
  • In power-on state:long press Power/Return Button key for 5 seconds to turn off the screen; In off screen state, long press for 5 seconds to turn on the screen.
  • Open the OSD menu state: short press the Turning Button to enter the options, push+/­ control up and down, short press the Power/Return Button to return to the previous level
  • UP/DOWN turning switch: Can be used to open the menu, control the cursor up and down in the menu, adjust the menu options and parameters.
  • Push the “Turning Button” upward once in the main interface to quickly enter the brightness quick adjustment menu, push+/- to control the brightness level, press the “Power/Return Button” to close.
  • In the main interface, push the “Turn Button” down once to quickly enter the volume quick adjustment menu, then push+/- to control the volume level, short press the “Power/Return Button” to close.
  • Short press “Power/Return Button” in the main interface, you can quickly enter the source options menu, push+/- up and down to control the cursor, short press Turning
  • Button to confirm the options, short press “Power/Return Button” to close.

Introduction to interfaces:

  • Type C 1 and 2 full function ports: support signal transmission and power supply.
  • MiniHDMI port: for audio and video signal transmission.
  • 3.5 mm Audio Out Port : To connect to 3.5 mm-compatible external audio device.

Device connections

  1. To connect a computer with a fully functional Type-C connector:
    • Supports laptops with Type c to Type c cable for connecting to a monitor, with a full-featured Type-C connector for extended display or screen casting.
    • Recommendation: When the power supply is insufficient, the brightness and volume cannot be adjusted to the best, even causing the monitor to display abnormally or black screen, it is recommended that an external power supply of SV /3A or above is used.
  2. Connecting Type-C all-in-one phones:
  • Connects to mobile phones with TV-out function
  • Support mobile phone with Type c to Type cone cable to connect to the monitor, support mobile phone mode and computer mode after opening the cast screen.
  • When there is no external power supply, the phone’s battery powers the monitor.
  • When there is an external power supply, the display charges the phone via the external power supply in reverse.
  • Recommendation: When the power supply is insufficient, the brightness and volume cannot be adjusted to the best, even causing the monitor to display abnormally or black screen, it is recommended that an external power supply of SV /3A or above is used.

Connecting to Nintendo consoles

  • When an external power supply is connected, the monitor supports a standard Type-C to Type-C cable to connect to the Switch console and switch SwitchTV mode.
  • When connecting an external SV power supply, the external power supply supplies the monitor. Switch needs internal battery to run programs, monitor output is 1080P.(original power supply) When an external 15VPD protocol power supply is connected, the external power supply powers both the monitor and the switch. The switch body’s battery is on charge and the display output is 2.Sk.
  • Note: When connecting an external HDMI cable, be sure to connect the power cable first and then the HDMI cable to ensure smooth signal transmission.

Display mode setting (For PC/Laptop)

  1. Connect the monitor to the power adapter first.
  2. Right click on your computer and select screen resolution (Windows 7 /8) or display settings (Window slO) or press the shortcut “windows+P” on your computer/laptop keyboard to enter the settings.
  3. Choose the display mode you need.

  • Duplicate Mode : Computer and monitor show the same surface
  • Extend Display Mode: The computer and monitor can show different surfaces, you can operate with tasks on two screens independently. (eg. Deal with your work on the computer and play a video on the monitor)
  • Single Display Mode: Display on only one screen on the computer/ or the monitor. [Under this mode, it’ s a normal case that the monitor shows “No signal” if you choose to display only on your computer. And the monitor will also show “No signal” in you next time use, if you didn’ t change back display mode to Duplicate or Extend Mode when you exit last time.
  • Note: If you cannot see the additional monitor listed, click Detect. If does not work, try restarting your computer and do steps again.
  • You can also choose the display orientation in this surface.
  • If you cannot see the option of orientation on your laptop/PC, please check if your laptop/PC has this function.

How to start a new task on your monitor under Extend Display Mode?

  1. Drag the task which you want to deal on the monitor to the RIGHT edge of the computer’ s screen with the Mouse. When it skip out of computer’ s screen, the Mouse will show on the monitor. You can deal with the task on your monitor then.
  2. Oppositely, if you need to move back to the computer with the Mouse, drag your Mouse to the LEFT edge of the monitor’ s screen, it will shows on the computer’ s screen.
    Note: You can only deal with ONE screen’ s task with your Mouse at the same time, either the computer or the monitor.

Tip: When you connect your smartphone, you must have a fully functional type-c port and simply use a Type C to Type C cable to connect (iPhone requires a lightning to HDMI adapter).
Note: If your mobile device does not output enough power to power the monitor, an external power adapter is required.

VESA mounting note : VESA size is M4*4mm, don’t use too short or too long screws to mount, otherwise irregular screen will appear, you can mount the monitor on the bracket and set it to landscape or portrait mode as needed.

FAQ

Q: The light of the display does not light up and the power indicator does not light up

  • A: Press the power button to check whether the monitor is in the power-on state; check whether the USB cable is correctly connected to the monitor and the power connector.
    (Note: The indicator light of the monitor: not lit is the shutdown state, blue is the rest screen standby state, red is the power on state, if the indicator light is not lit or is blue, please press and hold the MENU key until the indicator light turns red)

Q: The display light is not on, but the power indicator is red

  • A: Check that the display and the connected device are in the boot state; make sure the USB cable between the display and the connected device is properly connected and not loose; check the signal cable to make sure there are no bent pins. Try connecting another device and troubleshoot the device; if the fault persists, contact the shop after-sales for advice on resolving the problem.

Q: No signal is displayed on the screen

  • A: Check that the signal cable is correctly connected to the interface of the connected device; try re-plugging the connection cable. The order of cable connection should be to connect the power supply first, then the signal cable.

Q: A bouncing ripple-like pattern appears on the display.

  • A: Ensure that the cable between the display and the connected device is properly connected; remove any electronic devices that may cause electronic interference.

Q: The colour of the screen image looks incorrect (colour blocks, colour deviations, etc.)

  • A: Check the connected cable to ensure there are no bent pins.

Q: Screen flickers or goes black when content is displayed

  • A: If the screen is flickering, we first need to consider whether the power supply is sufficient.
  • It is recommended to use a 5V/2A or above power adapter to power the monitor. If the power supply is normal but the screen keeps flickering, we suggest contacting the shop after-sales for advice.

Q: The display loses all settings every time the power goes off

  • A: It is possible that the energy saving function of the display is activated, so after disconnection, the brightness will be automatically adjusted to 30% to ensure power supply and save power of the device, users can adjust the settings according to the actual usage.

  • To protect your legal rights and avoid unnecessary losses, the following cases are not covered by the warranty, please choose the paid service for the following causes of monitor failure or damage:
  • Out of warranty
  • The LCD panel has been artificially scratched, raised, distorted or dented.
  • The product has been removed or repaired by any unauthorized service personnel.
  • Damage caused by accidental or human factors and external forces (including mishandling, collision, improper voltage input, etc.)
  • Damage caused by the use of non-standard or unreleased software or non-standard related computer components (e.g. graphics cards)
  • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g. earthquake, fire, flood, etc.)
  • For services beyond the free warranty. We may charge an appropriate fee (Calculated fee= technical service fee+ replacement parts fee).
