SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Assistance is required for users with limited physical capabilities.
- Ensure all Spring Pins and U-Clips protrude fully through setting holes before use.
- Check that shower chair is stable and positioned property.
- Check leg tips for rips, cracks or other wear and replace if necessary.
MAINTENANCE
Do not use high pressure cleaners, steam cleaners or harsh, caustic chemicals for cleaning.
- Clean with mild soap and rinse with warm water and wipe dry after each use.
- Inspect weekly for wear and if any component appears worn or is not working properly, contact your dealer for repair or appropriate replacement parts.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
If components are damaged or missing, contact your dealer immediately.
Do not substitute parts.
Required tools: Phillips head screw driver and a wrench
Assembling the Cross Brace
Take the upper and lower Cross Braces Assemblies and place the flat middle
areas together. Insert the Wing Bolt through the Upper Cross Brace into the
Lower Cross Brace and screw on the Bolt Cap but do not tighten.
Insert each Leg into the lower tubes of the Cross Brace making sure the Leg
Tips are angled outward. Set each Leg at same height using the U-Clips. Make
sure the pins of the U-Clips fully protrude through the setting holes.
Adding the Seat Assembly
While pushing in the Spring Pins on the upper tubes of the Cross Brace, insert
them into the tubes of the Seat Assembly until the Spring Pins click into
place. Then tighten the Wing Bolt on the Cross Brace.
Adding the Back Rest
While pushing in the Spring Pins on the long ends of the Back Rest Attachment
Tubes, insert them into the receiving brackets on the bottom side of the Seat
Assembly until the Spring Pins click into place. Then push in the Spring Pins
on the Back Rest Assembly tubes and insert them into the Back Rest Attachment
Tubes until the Spring Pins click into place.
Adjusting Leg Height
Remove the U-Clip, slide the leg up or down to desired height and replace the
U-Clip making sure the pin protrudes fully through the setting hole. Repeat on
all legs making sure to set all to same height.
WARRANTY
Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, negligence,
improper storage or handling, improper operation or unauthorized modifications.
This warranty does not extend to non-durable components which are subject to
normal wear and tear and need periodic replacement.
For Warranty Service, it is recommended, but not required that the product be
returned to the Rhythm Healthcare, LLC dealer through whom it was originally
purchased. However, all Rhythm Healthcare, LLC dealers are qualified to assist
you in obtaining warranty service. If the product is to be returned to Rhythm
Healthcare, LLC, prior authorization is to be required. In the event of a
defect covered by this Warranty, Rhythm Healthcare, LLC will determined if the
product will be repaired or replaced. Rhythm Healthcare, LLC products are
identified by a serial or a lot number label at the time of the manufacture.
Removing or defacing the label may void this warranty. If you have questions
