Product Information

The Ashes Vacuum Cleaner – Premium (Model AR-HE-AS605) is a household appliance designed for cleaning cold ashes from fireplaces, wood/coal stoves, ashtrays, and grills. The product comes with a dust full indicator window, a switch button, a dusting button, a suction hole, wheels, a handle, a blow-off nozzle, a flat aluminum nozzle, an aluminum nozzle, a power cord hook, a tank hose, a base, and a filter tube. The product has protective insulated housing (protection class II) and complies with the legal requirements of European legal standards. The product has been tested and certified by Intertek and is marked with the symbol GS (tested safety).
The product is restricted to the use of certain hazardous substances in the area of heavy metals, brominated flame retardants, and plasticizers to protect human health and the environment. The product must not be disposed of with household waste and must be disposed of and packaged in an environmentally friendly manner.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before using the product for the first time, read the operating instructions carefully.
2. Assemble the ash vacuum cleaner by attaching the hose, flat aluminum nozzle, and power cord.
3. Ensure that the dust filter is in position and that the butterfly nut is tightened.
4. Plug in the appliance and switch it on by pressing the switch button.
5. When the dust full indicator window shows red, clean or replace the filter.
6. If the suction power decreases, press the dusting button to improve it.
7. When making self-cleaning, keep the aluminum nozzle end covered.
8. After use, empty and clean the vacuum cleaner to avoid the collection of materials that could pose a fire hazard in the vacuum cleaner.
9. If you give the product to a third party, hand over this manual with it and keep the instruction manual for future reference.

Safety Warnings

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• The substance to be vacuumed – cold ashes from fireplaces, wood/coal stoves, ashtrays, grill.
• In the manual the following analogous information has to be given: “Cold Ash” is ash cooled down for a sufficient time without any pockets of embers inside. This can be confirmed by scouring the ash for pockets of embers by using metal tools before using the ash vacuum cleaner. Cold ash does not emit any recognizable heat.
• Empty and clean the vacuum cleaner before and after vacuuming to avoid the collection of materials that could pose a fire hazard in the vacuum cleaner.
• Do not vacuum any soot or flammable substances.
• Always check hoses and vacuum cleaners for heating when vacuuming.

Error detection

Before you contact our service center, please check the following:

–  Outlet damaged.

–  Cleaner not switched on.

–  Start motor temperature

Suction power is weaker| –  Unit clogged.
