Notes:
The standard of power adapter:

  1. Standard of power adapter: Input: AC100-240V 50/60Hz 0.6
    Output: 5V-3A, 9V-2.22A-1.67A(MAX)
    Total Output: 20W (MAX)

  2. Users who live in Mainland China, or whose Electricity Voltage (AC100-240V) is the same as Mainland China do not need to purchase an extra outlet plug adapter.

Quick Start

  1. Install batteriesarpara AIO 5K VR Headset - FIG 1

  2. Press and hold [Power Button] for 2s to turn the power on.

Adjustment

  3. Diopter Adjustment
    The range of diopter adjustment: -5D~1D.
    Rotate [Diopter Knob] clockwise or counterclockwise for each eye until you see clear images.arpara AIO 5K VR Headset - Wear the

  4. Wear the Headset
    Adjust [arpara AIO 5K Elite Strap Knob] clockwise or counterclockwise to your head circumference to make sure the VR headset fits comfortably. Then fix the sticker on [Top Strap].
    (It is recommended to tilt [arpara AIO 5K Elite Strap ] to 15°)arpara AIO 5K

  5. IPD Adjustment
    Adjust your interpupillary distance by sliding [IPD Adjustment Wheel] on top of the headset.

Maintenance

  • Please use a soft cloth to clean the lens. Do not use any liquid or chemical cleaner to clean the lens. (Do not use alcohol to clean the lens, as it will cause lens aging.)
  • Use a disinfectant wet towel or microfiber dry cloth dipped in small amount of 75% alcohol to gently wipe [arpara AIO 5K Elite Mask] and dry it naturally. (Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.)

  • To avoid damage to screens, do not expose the lens to direct sunlight
  • Do not direct the lens with laser or external light source

  • Avoid extreme temperature or contact with water, liquids, excessive moisture and naked fire
  • Store the headset in arpara AIO 5K Carrying Case when not in use to reduce accidental damage or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
  • Handle with care to prevent falling. Do not scratch the lens with sharp objects
  • Only use hardware, accessories, software and content recommended by arpara
  • Operating temperature: 0-45°C /32-113°F, minimum humidity: 5%, maximum humidity: relative humidity of 95% (non-condensing.)
  • Non-operating temperature (storage): -20-45°C / -4-113°F, relative humidity of 85%

  3. Clear a safe play area before wearing arpara AIO 5K to avoid tripping or bumping injuries.

Please carefully read all the following warnings to reduce personal injury, discomfort or property loss.

Warnings before Use

  • Please read and follow this manual along with product settings and instructions provided on the official website
  • Read and follow arpara AIO 5K hardware and software recommendations. Failing to use the recommended hardware and software may increase the risk of physical discomfort
  • Do not use any unrecognized hardware or software. The use of unrecognized hardware or software may cause harm to you and lead to equipment or system operation problems
  • Please ensure that you are physically comfortable when using arpara AIO 5K. Do not use arpara AIO 5K after drinking or taking medicines, feel tired or sleep-deprived, under emotional pressure, after hangover or digestive problem, suffer from cold, headache or earache. Otherwise, you may feel discomfort
  • You are advised to consult your doctor before experiencing arpara AIO 5K if you are pregnant, advanced in age, have abnormal vision in both eyes, being mental disorder, have heart disease or under other serious medical conditions

Convulsions

  • Convulsive symptoms are more common among children and people under 20 years-old. Before using arpara AIO 5K, anyone who has had convulsions, lost consciousness or other symptoms related to epilepsy should consult doctors

Children

  • arpara AIO 5K is not recommended for children under 13 years-old for eye protection

General protective Measures

  • When being used, the headset delivers an immersive experience, which provides a virtual environment that replaces your physical surroundings and blocks your view of the real environment around you
  • To ensure a safe experience, please keep sitting still, lying down or being accompanied by others while using the headset

Electric shock

  • To reduce the risk of electric shock, please do not alter or disassemble arpara AIO 5K. If the wire is damaged or exposed, please do not use the product

Infectious diseases

  • To prevent the spread of infectious diseases (such as pinkeye), please do not share your headset with people suffering from infectious diseases or local infections (eyes and skin). Please clean and disinfect the headset after using it every time

Skin irritation

  • Once being worn, the VR headset will be in contact with your skin and hair. Stop using arpara AIO 5K once experiencing redness, itching or other skin irritation. Consult doctors immediately if the symptoms persist

Charging Safety

  • Strongly recommended to use the power adapter provided by arpara, or the one meets the Standard.
  • Once charging is completed, or the headset is not being charged, please disconnect the power adapter from the VR headset.
  • Do not use a damaged power adapter or charging cable to prevent fire.
  • Do not touch the charging cable, VR headset or power adapter with wet hands; otherwise short circuit, fault or electric shock may occur
  • Stop using the power adapter or VR headset if it is drenched by rain, soaked with liquid or affected by excess moisture
  • The VR headset contains a built-in battery. Do not replace the battery by yourself; otherwise, battery damage, overheating, fire, or personal injury may occur. The battery can only be replaced by arpara or our authorized service provider

Warranty Policies
The warranty does not apply to any of the (including but not limited to) conditions below:

  • Screen burn-in (which may lead to permanent image persistence);
  • Failure to produce warranty certificate or no valid invoice or expiry of the warranty period;
  • Damage caused by force majeure such as fire, flood or lightning strike;
  • Damage caused by failure to use, maintain or keep the product as required.

Non-warranty Scope:

  • Damage caused by non-arpara authorized staff;
  • Inconsistency between product model or code indicated on the warranty certificate and the product;
  • Normal discoloration, wear and consumption during the use of the product;
  • Failure to use the product due to reasons attributable to the user.

Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
