Please put the earbuds into the case to charge fully before first use.
Power On: When the earbuds are in the case, open the case to Dower one
Power Off: When the case has power, put the earbuds into the case and close it, the earbuds will power off and start charging automatically.

Earbud Indicator:

  • Waiting for pairing: Flash red and blue
  • Paired: Flash blue
  • Charging: Stay red
  • Charging finished: Go off
  • MFB:
  • Play/Pause music/Answer phone calls: Touch once
  • Hang up/Reject phone calls: Touch and hold for 2 seconds
  • Previous/Next Track: Touch L/R earbud twice
  • Volume Down /Up: Touch L/R earbud 3 times
  • Activare phone voice control Touch a times
  • Power on: touch and hold fork seconds When the earbuds are outside of the case, and in power off state.)
  • Power off: Touch and hold for 5 seconds(When the earbuds are outside of the case, and BT not paired by phone.)

Digital Display:

  • Show case battery level: Press case button, it will display 5 seconds and then go off
  • Show earbuds charging: The L & R bar will flash
  • Show case charging status: The number flash from 1 to 100 when charging, stay 100 when finished charging
  • Case Button:
  • Compulsively pair the L & R earbuds: Press and hold it for 10 seconds when the case is open, the display will flash 5 times
  • Clear pairing history: Press and hold it for 5 seconds when the case is open, the display will flash 3 times
  • Type-C charging Port: Use DC 5 power adapter only. (Do not use power supply higher than 5V.)

Pairing

  1. Earbuds Pairing: Open the case, the L & R earbuds will enter Dalline moce and ballPinmi S43-TWS-Wireless-Earbuds-fig 4
    One earbud indicator flash blue, while another one flash red and blue means L & Rare paired.

    The earbuds indicator both flash blue means they are paired with phone.
    Auto-Pair: The earbuds will auto pair the last paired phone when power on next time. (Turn on the BT of your phone first, and then power on the earbuds.)

Auto Power Off

The earbuds will power off automatically if not paired in 3 minutes.

Charging

  • Earbuds battery low reminder: There will be an audio prompt every 1 minute,
  • Earbuds charging: When the case has power, put the earbuds into the case and close it, the earbuds will power off and charge automatically.
  • Case charging:
  • Type-C Charging: Use provided Type-C cable to charge the case with DC5V power adapter only. (Do not use power supply higher than 5V, it may damage the product thus can’t be charged.)Pinmi S43-TWS-Wireless-Earbuds-fig 8

The display will flash when charging. show 100 after charging finished.
Note: Please maintain a charge at least every 3 months, if the product will not be in use for a long time, to keep the battery active and prolong the life.

FAQ

  • Q1: The product can’t pair with my phone.
1. Please turn off the BT of other devices, make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode.  

Clear the pairing history of the earbuds and your phone.
Turn off the BT then turn on, and try again.

  • Q2: The BT range or the sound quality is not good.
1. BT signal can be blocked by surrounding objects thus affect the audio quality, if no obstacle between the product and your phone, the range and sound quality will be better.
2. Keep away from other BT devices, microwaves, wireless routers, and other electronics.
  • Q3: Why there is a delay?
    There is a data transmission process from your phone to the product, so sometimes you can feel delay. It’s a common issue for all the BT devices, and BT V5.3 already made it better than the old versions.

  • Q4: Why the case can’t charge the earbuds, or the earbuds won’t power off after but back in case?

1. If the case has no power. then above issues happen, please charge the case, and it will turn normal after the case has power.
2. Please make sure you didn’t put the right & left earbuds in the opposite place, and the magnet contacts well.
3. If the earbuds come with charging insulation sticker on the metal contacts, please make sure you removed them before charge.
  • Q5: Why people can’t hear me in the call?
    Please make sure you wear 2 earbuds when making calls, and check if there is any dirt blocked the microphone.

  • Q6: Only 1 earbud pair with my phone.

1. You need to let the L & R earbuds pair first, and then turn on phone Bluetooth to pair with the earbuds.
2. If the L & R earbuds can’t pair with each other, please do the compulsive pair operation: press and hold the case button for 10 seconds when the case is open, the display will flash 5 times, then try again.
  • Q7: The voice is low.
    Please make sure you have tune your phone volume to max level, and the earbud caps fit well into your ear,
