Product Information

The Philips Enrave M Ceiling Lamp is an IP44 rated, white/black/white colored lamp with a power consumption of 20W and a voltage of 24V. The lamp consists of several components such as screws, control gear-psu, light source-hue connect, light source-splitter, light source-led module, terminal block, deco ring, diffuser, base, bracket, suspension cable, plate, and foil. The disassembly instruction warns users to always ensure that the luminaire is detached from the mains socket and the DC cable is detached from the power supply before disassembling the lamp. The instruction also cautions against staring at the operating light source as it can cause eye injury.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before disassembling the lamp, always ensure that it is detached from the mains socket and the DC cable is detached from the power supply.
2. To disassemble the lamp, follow the steps below:
3. Press and rotate the diffuser [12] by hand counter-clockwise until it unsnaps. Lift the diffuser up to remove it from the base [13].
4. Remove the deco ring [11] by lifting up from the base [13].
5. Unplug wires from the light source-led modules [5]. Unplug wires from the light source-splitter [4].
6. Remove low voltage wires of Control gear-psu [2] from Light source-hue connect [3].
7. Remove flat cable from the light source-splitter [4] and light source-hue connect [3].
8. Unscrew 1 screw [l] and remove light source-hue connect [3].
9. Unscrew 8 screws [l] and remove light source-led modules [5] and plates [16].
10. Unscrew 2 screws [l] and remove light source-splitter [4].
11. Rotate bracket [14] by hand counter-clockwise until it unsnaps. Lift bracket up to remove it from base [13].
12. Unscrew 1 screw [8] and remove terminal block [10] and foil [17].
13. Unscrew 1 screw [7] and remove suspension cable [15] and washer [10] from base [13].
14. Unscrew 1 screw [6] and remove it from bracket [14].
15. Unscrew 2 screws [7] and remove control gear-psu [2] from base [13].
16. The disassembly requires specific tools such as a WAGO TOOL #2060, a flathead screwdriver or WAGO TOOL #2065, a TORXHEAD SCREW DRIVER, and a CROSSHEAD SCREWDRIVER PZ.
