Ulefone Buds TWS Earphone
Product Instructions
Charging:
- Charging the headset. The charging box has a built-in battery. When the charging box has enough power, put the earphones in the charging box to charge the earphones. When the earphones are charging, the red light is always on: when the earphones are fully charged. the red light turns blue. The blue light is always on for 60 seconds and then goes out.
- Charging the charging box. When the charging box is too low or out of power. connect to the Type-c charging port for charging; when the charging box is in the charging state, the red light flashes: when the charging is saturated, the red light goes out and does not light up.
Wearing method:
Please select the earplugs from different sizes provided by us (the earphones
are worn with medium size earplugs. and the accessories contain a pair of
large and small earplugs) to select the earplugs that are most suitable for
you to get the best sound quality.
Note: When earphones are paired, the main and auxiliary ears are randomly
distinguished.
Boot method:
- Automatically turn on. Pick up two earphones from the charging box to display a blue light, and they will automatically turn on. (There is a boot tone)
- Manual boot. When the earphone is not in the charging box and it is turned off; you can manually turn it on; press and hold the two earphone switches for about 2 seconds at the same time, and then the blue light will appear; and then let go.
Shutdown method:
- Put the earphone into the charging box (when the charging box is charged), the earphone indicates the red light is always on, the earphone is charging, and it is turned off at this time;
- Press and hold the two earphone switch keys at the same time for about 5 seconds. and the red light will be on for 1 second to turn off the earphones;
- After turning on or disconnecting the Bluetooth connection, if there is no operation, it will automatically shut down after about 5 minutes;
Switch between primary and secondary headsets:
- In the process of using the opposite ear: the main ear is turned off, and the auxiliary ear will automatically switch to the main ear (and continue to maintain the music state before switching);
- In the process of using the pair of ears, the auxiliary ear is turned off which will not affect the normal operation of the main ear;
- When the left or right ear is turned on, the mobile phone can be connected back.
Single ear mode:
Turn on one of the headsets (with a power-on prompt tone), the red and blue
lights flash alternately after about 5 seconds, then turn on the Bluetooth
device of the mobile phone, search for the pairing name ‘Ulefone Buds”, and
click Connect to use the monaural mode.
(In the standby state, the blue light of the headset flashes slowly; in the
working state, the headset does not light up)
(In the single ear mode, the operation method of the right ear shaku prevail)
Music playback pause / cut songs (up and down songs) / volume increase and
decrease (iOS system mobile phone volume adjustment synchronization)

Play / pause.
When the headset is in the pairing state, after connecting with the mobile phone, select the APP playback software you need to start, then click the left ear or right ear switch button to start playing music; click the left ear or right ear switch button again to pause the music playback. (In single ear mode, operate in the same way) -
Cut songs (up and down songs).
When the headset is in the pairing state, after connecting with the mobile phone, in the process of playing music, at this time double-click the left ear switch button, the music can switch to the previous song; double-click the right ear switch button, the music can switch to the next song. -
Volume addition and subtraction.
When the headset is in the pairing state, after connecting with the mobile phone, in the process of playing music/calls, at this time, triple-click the left ear switch button to decrease the volume, and triple-click the right ear switch button to increase the volume. (When the volume is increased to the maximum, there will be a “beep-beep’ tone)
Incoming call answer / hang up / reject / three-way call / voice assistant
When the headset is in the pairing state, after connecting with the mobile phone. when there is an incoming call. there will be a ringtone reminder of the incoming call.

Answer incoming calls. Short press the left ear or right ear switch button to answer the call. Or single ear mode, operate in the same way)

Hang up the phone. During the conversation with the other party, if you want to end the call, click the left or right ear switch button to hang up the call, (In single ear mode, operate in the same way)

Reject the call. Press and hold the left ear or right ear switch button for 1 second and then let go to reject the call from the other party. (In single ear mode, just operate in the same way)

Three-way call. © If there is a new call during a call, click the left or right ear switch button to hang up the current call and answer the new call:(This feature requires mobile phone support)
If there is a new call, press and hold the left ear or right ear switch button for 1 second to keep the current call, answer the new call;(This feature requires mobile phone support) 3 In a three-way call, press and hold the left ear or right ear switch for 1 second to keep the current call, switch to the held call, and switch between the two calls. (This feature requires mobile phone support) -
Voice assistant.
When the headset is successfully paired and connected to the mobile phone, press and hold the left or right ear button for 1 second to turn on the voice assistant, and click the left or right ear button again to turn off the voice assistant
Other functional tests:

Turn on and connect back. After power on, the headset will automatically connect back to the paired mobile phone:

Over-distance back connection. After the headset and the mobile phone are disconnected beyond a certain distance, they will return to the working area within 2 minutes, and the mobile phone can be automatically reconnected;

Over distance does not connect back. After the headset is disconnected from the mobile phone for more than 2 minutes, it will not reconnect, and the headset will automatically shut down:

Disconnect over distance. The headset and the mobile phone will be disconnected if they exceed a certain distance; the main ear and the secondary ear will be disconnected if the distance exceeds a certain distance:

Reconnect state.
The TWS connection status lasts for 20 seconds, and the Bluetooth connection status of the mobile phone lasts for 30 seconds. If the connection is not successful. it will enter the pairing state: -
Simultaneous display. Synchronous display of the battery level of the Android system headset; synchronous display of the volume adjustment of the IOS system mobile phone;

Charge reset. When the headset is placed in the charging box for charging, the headset will return to its original state before being turned on;

Low power prompt. When the headset battery voltage is lower than 3.3V there will be a red light flash every 5 second and a low battery warning tone every 30 seconds:

Low power shutdown. When the headset battery voltage is lower than 3.2V (the headset power is less than 10%). the headset will automatically shut down;

Charging voltage of the charging box. 5V/280mAh (the charging box can be used to charge the headset more than 3 times).
Safety precautions:
This product contains a built-in battery. It is not advisable to expose the
product to strong sunlight or near fire sources. Do not place the device in an
environment that is too high (above 50 degrees Celsius) or too low (below -15
degrees Celsius). Because this will cause serious damage to the equipment.
Operation exception handling method:
- There is no sound in a certain earphone due to improper operation or long-time shielding of the earphone signal. Please try to move to the range where the signal can be received to restore normal.
- For failures caused by unknown causes, turn off the headset and then turn it on again.
- If you change a single product or misuse it. causing the left and right earphones to be disconnected, pair the left and right earphones again.
- If there is no sound when listening to music after the headset is connected to the mobile phone, please go to the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone and find the name of the connected headset (Ulefone Buds). When the connection is displayed. click the headset name again.
- If the two earphones have been paired and connected to the mobile phone. there is no sound from the earphone after answering the call. You need to check the audio output of the mobile phone and select the Bluetooth pairing name (Ulefone Buds) corresponding to the earphone before proceeding.
