The Lenire Tinnitus Treatment Device comes with compatible headphones that are listed below: The following document provides details on the use of the compatible Headphones supplied with the Lenire Tinnitus Treatment Device.

AKG K845BT

The AKG K845BT headphones have the following features:

Connecting to the AKG K845BT

  • Press the power button and wait for the Bluetooth Indicator to flash blue
  • Hold the Controller close to the Headphones.
  • When connected, the Headphones Indicator on the Controller will illuminate green.

Entering Pairing/Re-pairing mode
To disconnect bluetooth connection and enter Headphones into pairing-mode, hold the power button until the Indicator is rapidly flashing blue

Ensuring correct orientation of AKG K845BT
The left and right sides of the Headphones are marked L and R respectively on the cloth inside the foam cushions.

Charging the AKG K845BT

  • Plug the charging cable into the Micro USB Port on the Headphones.
  • When charging, the Charging Indicator on the Headphones will illuminate red
  • Once charging is complete, the Charging Indicator on the Headphones will extinguish.

Edifier W860NB

The Edifier W860NB headphones have the following features:

Connecting to the Edifier W860NB

  • Press the power button for 3 seconds and wait for the LED Indicator to flash blue.
  • Hold the Controller close to the Headphones
  • When connected, the Headphones Indicator on the Controller will illuminate green

To disconnect bluetooth connection and enter headphones into pairing-mode, ensure headphones are off and hold the power button until the indicator is rapidly flashing blue and red.

Austrian Audio Hi-X25BT Lenire Edition

The Austrian Audio Hi-X25BT Lenire Edition headphones have the following features:

Note : Touch controls are disabled by default. In cases of accidental re- activation, please turn on the headphones and then hold the power button for 15 seconds to deactivate touch controls. The next time you turn on the headphone, touch control will be deactivated.

Connecting to the Hi-X25BT

  • Press the power button for 2 seconds and wait for the LED Indicator to pulse blue.
  • Hold the Controller close to the Headphones.
  • When connected, the Headphones Indicator on the Controller will illuminate green

To disconnect bluetooth connection and enter headphones into pairing-mode, ensure headphones are off and hold the power button until the indicator is rapidly flashing blue

  • Plug the charging cable into the USB-C Port on the Headphones

Product Usage Instructions

To use the headphones with the Lenire Tinnitus Treatment Device, follow these steps:

  1. Plug in the headphones to the audio output of the device.
  2. Choose the compatible headphones from the list provided.
  3. Charge the headphones using the Micro USB Port and wait for the Charging Indicator to turn off.
  4. Turn on Bluetooth on the device and press the Bluetooth Indicator button on the headphones to pair them.
  5. Start the treatment on the Lenire Tinnitus Treatment Device and adjust the volume as necessary using the device’s controls.
  6. During treatment, the Play/Pause & Volume Buttons on the headphones are not used.
