GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.

A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure that you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed, we refuse any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use or a bad manipulation.

  1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and  above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  2. Please observe all safety instructions to prevent electrical hazards. Unplug the appliance when it contains water.
  3. Do not heat the lunch box in the microwave.
  4. Make sure that the voltage rating of the appliance corresponds to that of your household socket.
  5. Do Not unscrew the bottom plate which protects the electrical system of the product.
  6. Do not rinse under running water, as this may cause the electrical components to fail and put you at risk.
  7. Please don’t drop or shock it.
  8. Do not use it in wet, rainy or unstable places, as this may cause it to break down.
  9. Never crush the power cord.
  10. Do not use the appliance if your hands are damp or with naked foot. This may cause electric shock.
  11. In case the appliance accidentally bad work, disconnect it immediately.
  12. Never unplug the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in any way.
  13. Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
  14. Do not use the appliance for a long time without food inside.
  15. Never move the appliance when in use.
  16. Protect the appliance of the froze and humidity.
  17. Unplug the appliance when not in use or when in cleaning.
  18. Keep the appliance, its base and the power cable away from heat sources, flammable materials, and wet or slippery surfaces.
  19. To avoid overheating, DO NOT plug it into the electrical outlet and the cigarette lighter at the same time.
  20. The appliance must be used with his supplied lid and main unit only.
  21. DO NOT put the appliance, its base, the power cable or the plug into water or any other liquid. DO NOT put the entire lunch box in the refrigerator or in the dishwasher. Only the metal container and the flat container are refrigerator and dishwasher safe.
  22. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of external timer or separate remote control system.
  23. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes into direct contact with food.
  24. Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact with food, thanks to refer to the below paragraph “Cleaning” in the manual.
  25. Only use the appliance with the power cable supplied. Store the power cable inside the device to avoid losing it. Contact a qualified repairer if the power cable fails to work.
  26. The connector must be removed before the appliance is cleaned. The cable must be dry before the appliance is used again.
  27. WARNING: Do not use the appliance if the surface is cracked
  28. To avoid any risk of leakage or spillage DO NOT put any liquid food in the lunch box containers
  29. Make sure NOT to spill your food from the metal lunch box container
  30. Make sure you carry and hold your lunch box flat using the carrying handle
  31. Make sure you operate your machine on a flat surface

USING

Only the food containers are dishwasher and refrigerator compatible.
The containers are not microwave safe.
Do not place the electric lunch box in the refrigerator.

Please read the instructions carefully, and follow the directions. Wash the containers, the lid and the spoon supplied with the product before use.

Never immerse the appliance in water.

Remove the lid of the electric lunch box, clean the hot food container, the cold food box and the lid with food detergent. After cleaning, the box must not be rinsed with water while it is in its main container with the electrical components

This product has two power options as follows:
Using Instructions

AC 230 V voltage for home. Plug in the power, light up, start heat up
Using Instructions

DC 12-24 V voltage for on-board power supply, directly inserted into use. The light is on and start working

TO HEAT THE DISHES

  1. To heat your food, please remove the plastic dish box first.
  2. Put your food in the hot food container (metal part called rice box) and close the lid by properly locking the flaps provided.
  3. Open the lid of the socket, connect the power lin
  4. Connect the desired power supply, when the indicator lights up, the product starts to heat up the food.

Notes

  • This product is not intended for cooking food.
  • The heating time may vary depending on the amount of food to be heated, its temperature, and the ambient temperature.
  • The food is ready to serve after approximately 20 minutes after the appliance has been switched on, for dishes at room temperature
  • The heating time will be longer if the room temperature is low (below 20°C) or if the food has just been removed from the refrigerator.
  • Disconnect the power line before eating.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

  1.  Please pull out the plug after use.
  2. Wash all accessories immediately after use to prevent unpleasant odors or discoloration of the containers and to avoid the development of bacteria.
  3. Do not use thinner, petrol, abrasive cleaners, wire brushes or abrasive sponges to clean your lunch box.
  4. Do not immerse the lunch box in water, simply wipe it with a soft damp cloth to remove dirt.
  5. If the product is not used for a long time, please clean and pack it in the box, then place it in a dry and ventilated place, in case of humidity.
  6. If there is any problem with the product, please send it to the manufacturer’s service department or after-sales service. Do not disassemble and repair it yourself.
