Product Information

The Livoo spice grinder is a battery-operated device designed for household use. It is powered by 6 AAA batteries and has a capacity of 100ml. The device comes with a spice compartment that can be filled with peppercorns or sea salt. It has an adjustable grind setting and a nozzle to adjust the grind level. The device should not be immersed in water and should be wiped clean. The batteries used in the device should be disposed of safely.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Installation of batteries: Unscrew the cover anti-clockwise and insert 6 AAA batteries according to positive and negative terminals. Close and lock the cover.
2. Use of the device : Unscrew the spice compartment by turning the black top part counter-clockwise and holding the spice compartment. Fill it with peppercorns or sea salt, making sure not to fill more than 80% of the compartment. Replace the spice compartment. Turn over your peppermill to start working. You can adjust the grind by screwing or unscrewing the grey mill head.
3. Cleaning and storage: Do not immerse the upper part of the spice grinder in water. Wipe this part clean.
4. Battery usage and recycling advice:
   • Keep the batteries out of the reach of children
   • Do not mix old batteries with new ones, with different compositions or different brands to avoid possible leakage or explosion.
   • Do not heat or deform the batteries or expose them to fire.
   • Do not dispose of the batteries with your household garbage.
   • Please check with your local authority for battery recycling advice. Drop them off in the nearest battery container or take them back to your store.

6. Children should not play with the appliance.
7. Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be carried out by children without supervision.
8. Never try to repair a defective appliance yourself.
9. Use only the type of battery specified in this manual.
10. Replace the batteries when they are worn out or leak.
11. Remove the batteries if the appliance is not used for a long period of time.
12. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

• staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments
• farmhouses
• by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential-type environments
• bed and breakfast-type environments

• Installation of the batteries : ( Figure 1) Unscrew the cover (3) anti-clockwise. Insert 6 AAA batteries according to positive and negative terminals. Close and lock the cover.
• Use of the device(cf. Figure 1): Unscrew the spice compartment (2) by turning the black top part counter-clockwise and holding the spice compartment.
• Fill it with peppercorns or sea salt. Make sure that you don’t fill the peppercorns or sea salt more than 80% of the compartment. Replace the spice compartment.
• Turn over your peppermill to start working.
• You can adjust the grind (5) by screwing or unscrewing the grey mill head.
• Cleaning and storage: Do not immerse the upper part of the spice grinder in water. Wipe this part with a damp sponge or cloth. You can wash the spice compartment with warm soapy water. Allow the compartment to dry thoroughly before reassembling the appliance.
• If your mill does not work despite new batteries, the head may be stuck. To free it, unscrew the grey head until it is removed. Turn the unit over and shake it gently until the white piece under the grey head comes off the unit. If you are unable to remove it, this part is stuck. Keep shaking the device to dislodge it. Then clean the device. Replace the white part and screw the grey head back on.

• The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin is marked on all products to remind the obligations of separate collections.

• Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of their product.
