Product Overview

The Kitchen Waste Disposer is a device designed to grind and dispose of food waste in a safe and convenient manner. The device is available in three models: HQD-314, HQD-314-Plus, and HQD-314-PRO. Operating Instructions

Button Action

Under the corresponding button on the operating surface of the device are an indicator light that serves as the working indicator, UV sterilization/strain decomposition indicator, and child lock indicator. The dot is an alarm indicator, and the alarm light is lit in the event of a stall or abnormally high temperature.

• Grinding and Drying Work Button: Pressing this button activates the grinding and drying function. The outlet temperature remains constant at 60 degrees, and the heating plate is 70 degrees to end the work.
• UV Sterilization/Culture Mode Button: Pressing this button activates the UV sterilization/culture mode.
• Open Cover Button: In the state of no opening child lock, after a long press for 3 seconds to open, a dripping sound is emitted, the magnetic suction is closed, and the cover bullet reaches 60 degrees.
• Sleep Mode Button: Pressing this button activates sleep mode.

App Usage Instructions

The device currently only supports the Android system. After installing the app, open Bluetooth and enter the app. Click on the image location to enter the Bluetooth scan page.

Product Overview

This product is used for the treatment of kitchen waste equipment, through “drying and grinding” to decompose kitchen waste and form a dry and convenient natural fertilizer, with a short decomposition cycle, a large amount of garbage reduction, high temperature sanitizing, recyclable, low input costs, and other characteristics. Under normal use, the amount of organic waste can be decomposed and reduced by more than 85%, which greatly reduces the burden on the environment, and the unique air purification system of the equipment uses high-efficiency activated carbon to filter and UV lamp sterilization. The high-grade board contains microbial degradation, through the “microorganism” to decompose the kitchen waste and form organic fertilizer, reducing the amount by more than 90%.

Grinding and drying work button

In the state of no open child lock, after a long press for 3 seconds to open, a “drip” sound is emitted, and the device enters the grinding and drying working mode.

1. A “Dribble” prompt sound is emitted, and the machine enters working mode. The working LED is on.
2. The first step is drying, the motor drives the metal blade to rotate slowly (35 seconds positive -” 50 seconds stop -” 35 seconds reverse) metal blade 2.5r/min cycle, heating control heating plate temperature to 110 degrees, exhaust fan began to work. The air outlet temperature is constant at 65 degrees and the humidity is lower than 60 to enter the next process;
3. UV sterilization/culture mode

In the state of no open child lock, after a long press for 3 seconds to open, a “drip” sound is emitted, and the low-end version of the device enters the UV sterilization mode, and the high-end version enters the strain mode.

UV sterilization mode

1. A “drip” sound is emitted and the machine enters UV mode. The sterilization indicator light is on, the other indicator lights are off, and the UV lamp cycle starts and stops (working 10min-“stop 10min-“working 10min).The exhaust fan starts working. Heating controls the heating plate temperature to 80 degrees. 2. App usage instructions

For the time being, only support the Android system, after installing the APP, open Bluetooth and enter the APP.

1. Click on the image location to enter the Bluetooth scan page.
2. Click on the image location to turn on Bluetooth scanning.
3. Find Beeco in the list and click Connect.
4. The APP can monitor data and operate the equipment.

Precautions

1. Do not release hard objects or large bones, which may cause the stirring tip to break.
2. Be careful not to put too much water in the garbage.
3. During working hours of the equipment, open the lid and do not touch the metal drum to avoid burns.

1. How much power is consumed?
   A: The maximum power is 650W, and the single process consumes about 1.1 kWh of electricity.

2. How noisy is the operation?
   A: Less than 48 dB.

3. How long does it take to turn food waste into drying and grinding?
