TXJ-X8 Intelligent attendance access control all-in-one machine is a terminal product independently developed by Shenzhen Suanzi Technology Co., Ltd. This product adopts the most cutting-edge face recognition technology, which can support a maximum of 50,000 face libraries, millisecond-level recognition and output results; Support Wiegand interface output, control door opening signal; It can dock with third-party enterprise collaboration software such as WeChat, DingTalk, and Feishu to report traffic records and form attendance reports.
This product can be widely used in access control scenes in office buildings, schools, hospitals, residential areas and other buildings, guarding the door to work, study and life for you.

  12. Please protect the power cord from stepping on or pinching, especially at plugs, power sockets and contacts leading out of the unit.
  13. When inserting the tail wire into the machine, pay attention to insert it horizontally, and do not tilt it forward, back, left and right.
  14. Consumers who use power adapters for power should purchase power adapters that are CCC certified and meet the requirements of the standard.
  15. WARNING: Operating this device may cause radio interference in a residential environment.

INSTRUCTIONS

PRODUCT INSTALLATION

To use this product, you first need to install the product on the wall in front of the door, connect the power line, relay line or Wiegand cable, and if there is a network cable, you can also choose to insert it.

POWER ON ACTIVATION

After the power is turned on, the system is successfully powered on, and it needs to be activated at this time. Boot activation is divided into three steps:
Step 1: Set a password, in order that your terminal settings will not be modified by others, please first set a terminal password, which is used to enter each time you enter the [System Settings] page;
Step 2: Configure the network, in order for the traffic data generated by your terminal products to be reported to the background, please configure the network, this product supports wired network connection and wireless WiFi connection, if you do not need to report the traffic data, you can also skip it directly;
Step 3: Scan code binding, you can bind enterprise WeChat, DingTalk or Feishu to report your traffic data to these third-party software, and you can use these software to view attendance   results. If you don’t need to check the online attendance results, you can skip it directly.

FACE ENTRY

After booting up, please enter the member’s face information. After the member information is entered, they can brush their faces to pass, which is divided into two processes: stand-alone version and binding enterprise WeChat version.

OFFLINE VERSION PROCESS
Click Settings – Enter Terminal Password – Click People Information – Add
Enterprise WeChat VERSION PROCESS
Set commuting rules: complete the network connection during the startup activation process, open the enterprise WeChat, and follow the process:

Face entry: Open the enterprise WeChat and follow the process:
【Workbench】—【Punch Card】—【Management】—【Time Attendance Machine Management】— 【Select Time Attendance Machine】—【Available Range Settings/Face Information】

ACCESS ENTRY

You need to follow the process on WeChat:
【Workbench】 – 【Access Control】 – 【New Rule】 (only during the passage hours can be opened with a face, outside the time hours cannot be opened)

REMOTE DOOR OPENING

You need to follow the process on WeChat:
