Switch knob positions:
OFF – the device is switch off
MIN – temperature 45-50 degree of Celsius
The temperature of the middle section of knob is 70-80 degree of Celsius
MAX – the device is always in the working state ready to boil the water to 100 degrees of Celsius -

Exact time depends on the size of food pieces and density of the food. Be careful when open the lid, the steam stream is very hot. Let the steam go out before takeoff the steam tray from the pot. Steam tray’s handles can be hot, use thermal insulated gloves to prevent eventual scalding.

- As time goes on, due to the water quality, you may find the scale sediment that there is a layer on the top of the electric heating plate.
The scale sediment will reduce the thermal efficiency and prolong the time of boiling water. The amount of scale sediment depends on the hardness and frequency of use of the device. Scale has no effect on health, but it will cause a feeling of powder when drinking water.
Therefore, it is necessary to carry out regular descaling treatment according to the following methods.
Scale removal method:
Under normal use, need to do at least twice a year.
