CONAIR HS800 8 Volume and Shine Rollers

CONAIR-HS800-8-Volume-and-Shine-Rollers-product

Product Information

The product is a hair setter that allows you to curl your hair. It has a titanium ceramic thermal layer, an aluminum heating core, and a soft flocking layer. The hair setter comes with a super clip and 8 plastic clips. It also has a high/low/off switch and a Ready Dot. The product has an ionizing function that helps to reduce frizz and enhance shine.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the hair setter, read all instructions in the user manual. Keep the appliance away from water to avoid electric shock. Never leave the appliance unattended when it is plugged in. Use the appliance only for its intended use and do not use attachments not recommended by Conair.

To curl your hair, place the hair ends on the roller and wind towards the scalp. Roll up hair firmly and secure the roller with a super clip, crossing over the roller. The firmness of the curl depends on the diameter of the roller and the length of time it is left in your hair. For tight, firm curls, use smaller rollers and leave them in the hair for at least 10 minutes before removing them. For soft, wavy curls, use larger rollers and remove them after a shorter period of time.

To remove a roller, hold it in one hand while removing the clip with the other. Gently drop the roller (DO NOT PULL) and let the curl bounce back after the roller has been completely removed. Let it cool for one minute for a firmly set curl, and then style your hair into a look that lasts for hours.

The hair setter has an ionizing function that helps to reduce frizz and enhance shine. After using the hair setter several times, you will find the best roller selection and timing for the texture of your hair and desired results. Allow the hair setter to cool before storing it in a safe, dry location out of reach of children.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

How to operate your hair setter:

  1. lace hair setter on a firm, flat surface. With the lid closed, plug the cord into the outlet. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
  2. hair setter has a slide switch for power control. Slide the switch to your desired setting. The red light will go on and the rollers will heat up quickly. Rollers are ready to use when the ready dots on them turn transparent white (please refer to HOW TO CURL YOUR HAIR for further instructions).
  3. allow rollers to heat with the lid closed, as this will provide the fastest, most efficient heat-up. Once the rollers reach the appropriate temperature, you can begin setting your hair. For tighter curls, allow rollers to heat longer. Never leave your hair setter on and unattended. Always unplug the hair setter when not in use. Allow the hair setter to cool down after use, and store it in a safe place.
  4. Hair should be clean and dry or slightly damp – never wet – when setting.

Your hair setter is designed for household use and is virtually maintenance- free. This product represents the highest standards of workmanship and engineering research. (Occasionally, you may want to clean your rollers. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent or soap.) If any abnormal condition occurs, unplug the hair setter, allow it to cool, and return it to an authorized service representative for repair.
