Read these original operating instructions and the enclosed safety instructions before using the device for the first time. Proceed accordingly. Keep both books for future reference or for future owners.
Intended use
Use the device only in accordance with the information in these operating instructions.
- This device is suitable for commercial use, e.g. in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops, offices, and rental companies.
- The device is suitable for cleaning hard surfaces and carpets.
- The device is not suitable for polishing vehicles.
- Only equip the device with original accessories and spare parts.
- Never use the device in potentially explosive atmospheres.

The packing materials can be recycled. Please dispose of packaging in accordance with the environmental regulations

Initial startup
Attaching the brush/pad drive plate
ATTENTION
Risk of damage
The fastening screw protruding over the brush body can cause scratches on the
cleaning object if the brush is too heavily worn
Replace the cleaning brush in good time before the bristles are too short

Select the brush suitable for the cleaning task or the pad drive plate.

Make sure that the mains plug is unplugged.
-
Unscrew the screw for brush attachment. Use the Allen key provided for this.

Place the brush or pad drive board on the driver.

Screw in and tighten the screw and washer.

Centre and press the pad onto the pad drive plate
Adjusting the handle

Loosen the adjustable handle by turning it anticlockwise

Swivel the handle into the desired position.

Tighten the handle by turning it clockwise.
Operation
Power connection
The voltage specified on the type plate must match the voltage of the power
source.
Use only extension cables with splash guards.
The mains plug/extension cable connection must not be immersed in water
- Unwind the extension cable completely from the device.
- Set the power switch to “0”.
- Plug the mains plug into the socket
Adjust the speed
Recommended speed:

- Turn the brush speed rotary knob to the desired value.
Cleaning
DANGER
Danger of electric shock
The user can receive an electric shock from a damaged cable.
Never wrap the power cord around your body or neck.
Make sure that the power cord nevercomes into contact with the rotating brush
or pad.
ATTENTION
Risk of damage
Working on the same area for too long can damage the floor covering.
Do not operate the device continuously on the same point.
Do not let the device run dry on sensitive floors

Apply the detergent solution to the surface to be cleaned.

Hold the device by the handle.
-
Set the trigger to “I”.
-
Hold the device with both hands and move the brush/pad over the surface to be cleaned.
Note: Do not press the device onto the surface to be cleaned. The weight of the device is sufficient as contact pressure. -
Repeat the cleaning process if heavily soiled.

Soak up the waste water with a wet vacuum cleaner or wipe it up with a cloth.
Shutting down

Set the power switch to “0”.
-
Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
-
Clean the device with a moist cloth.
-
Wind the mains cable around the device casing.

Secure the end of the cable with the cable clip.

Park the device in the parking position. This prevents the brush from becoming deformed.

Be aware of the weight of the device duringtransportation.
- When transporting in vehicles, secure the device against slipping and tipping over according to the applicable guidelines.

Care and service
WARNING

The device may start up unexpectedly. Be sure to pull the mains plug out of
the socket before you start working on the device.
- Wash dirty pads at a maximum of 60 °C.
- Clean the casing of the device with a damp cloth and then rub dry.
- Check the mains cable for damage.
Troubleshooting guide

In the event of malfunctions that cannot be remedied using the following
information, please contact customer service
Unsatisfactory cleaning results
- Replace the soiled pad and wash at a maximum of 60 °C.
- Replace a worn brush/pad.
- heck the suitability of the detergent used for the application.
- Check the suitability of the brush/pad used for the application.
The device vibrates strongly
- Check for central positioning of the pad on the pad drive board.
- Check the attachment of the brush/pad.
The pad does not rotate
- Check if foreign objects are blocking the pad drive board. Remove any foreign objects if necessary.
- Plug the mains plug into the socket.
Warranty
The warranty conditions issued by our relevant sales company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possible malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty period free of cost, provided that a material or manufacturing defect is the cause.
