Pairing with Govee Home App

1. Downloading Govee Home App
   Download Govee Home App from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).

2. Connecting to the Wi-Fi Network.

Note: Make sure your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is functioning properly before pairing the Wi-Fi gateway to the network.
A. Turn on bluetooth on your phone and place the Wi-Fi gateway and your phone close to each other. (Location Services/GPS should be turned on for Android users).
B. Open Govee Home, tap”+” icon at the top right corner and select “H5103”.C. Follow the in-app instructions to complete pairing.
D. Please check the above steps and try again if pairing fails.

Troubleshooting

1. Cannot receive alert notifications. / Alert notifications delayed.
   a. Make sure Wi-Fi signal is stable.
   b. Keep the device as close to the router as possible.
   Cc. Keep as few obstructions as possible between the device and the router.

2. Frequently loses Wi-Fi connection.
   a. Make sure the distance between the device and the router is less than 100m/328ft.
   b. Keep as few obstructions as possible between the device and the router.
   c. Check whether the battery is running low.

1. The device should work in an environment with a temperature ranging from -10°C ~ 60°C and humidity from 0%RH to 99%RH.
2. Do not disassemble the device violently.
3.  Do not immerse the device in the water.
