HEISE HE-PBHL702RGB 7 Inch Replacement Headlights Instruction Manual
NOTE: RGB-CB3 controller is required for RGB operation (sold separately). JP-JLB7 required for 2018-Up Wrangler JL/JT models (sold separately).
Tools Needed – Flat head screwdriver, T-15 Torx bit
Instructions
- Open hood and remove the 6 push pin clips across the top of the grille and remove them with a flat head screwdriver.
- Unsnap grille and unplug turn signals that are located in the grille.
- Remove the (4) T-15 Torx screws from the ring that is holding each headlight in the vehicle.
- Unplug and remove the headlight.
- For 1997-2006 Jeep Wranglers continue to step 7.
- For 2007 to 2018 Jeep Wranglers JK, the included H4 adapter and Canbus decoder are needed to complete install.
- Plug in the new HEISE headlight, and secure it in place with the previously removed ring and T-15 Torx screws.
- RGB Halos – Mount and connect RGB control box per the instructions that came with it. Plug in the 4 pin connectorfrom the controller to the 4 pin harness on Repeat previous steps to install the other headlight.
- Turn on headlights and make sure they are aimed properly so not to blind oncoming traffic.
- Reinstall grille by plugging turn signals back in and snap grille back into place.
- Reattach the 6 push pin clips across the top of the grille to complete install.
