Important Notice for Charging

  • Before charging, be sure the TWS earbuds are at room temperature, between 46° FIS’ Cl and 102′ F 139° C).
  • Use this product only with an agency-approved power supply which meets Local regulatory requirements !e.g., UL, CSA, VOE, CCC) which support 5V / 0.5 A.
  • Use the included charging cable to charge the TWS earbuds.
  • For the first use, please fully charge the product.
  1. Connect the type C end of the included charging cable to the charging port on your case. Then plug the other end of the USB charging cable into a suitable USS port on your computer I or with a standard cell phone charger) to recharge your speaker’s internal rechargeable battery.

  2. You should charge the case when you see low battery tips from the case, the indicator will flash 4 times in green and then be off. It’s recommended to charge your case on time
    The earbuds won’t power on or off automatically when the case is out af battery.

  3. To prolong battery Liles, you should fully charge the case at least once every 3 months. Battery life varies based on use and settings.

Troubleshooting

  • Charge the earbuds and the charging case.
  • Power on the earbuds.
  • Make sure your mobile device supports Bluetooth connections.
  • Put your mobile device closer to the earbuds and away from any interference or obstructions.
  • Increase the volume an the earbuds per operation, or increase volume from your mobile or other connected device.
  • Try to connect another mobile or devices support Bluetooth connections.

Q: Earbuds won’t power on.
Check whether the case has a battery. If not, power on the earbuds manually(touch the button for 2 secs) . In case, you can’t hear the prompt sound from earbuds that means earbuds are out of battery. Place both earbuds in the charging case and then charge the case. The indicator of case will flash in green while charging and indicator will be lit green once fully charged.

Q:Earbuds don’t connect with mobile device.
Delete the earbuds’ pairing name from the Bluetooth list on your device, including any duplicate listings. Power on the earbuds according to the above opearation to finish the connection with your mobile.

Q:TWo earbuds don’t pair.
Place both earbuds in the charging and close the lid. Then open the lid and take them from the case, they will pair automatically.

Q: Earbuds can’t be charged.

  • Check whether the case has battery. If not, charge the case by included cable.
  • Clean the charging contact of case and earbuds by dry, soft cotton swab or equivalent.

Q: No sound from earbuds.

  • Make sure the volume is turned up.
  • Make sure audio is playing.
  • Play audio from a different app or music server.
  • Play audio from download list on your device.
  • Restart your mobile device.
  • Place earbuds back into case, take them out of the case and put into your ears again.

Care and Maintained

This logo means that no naked flames. such as candle can be placed on or near the device.

  5. Always unplug the device before cleaning it.
  6. Clean the device with a soft dry cloth only. Never use solvents.
  7. Attention should be drawn to the environmental aspects of battery disposal.
  8. The battery (batteries or battery pack I shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine. fire or the like.
