Congratulations on your purchase of the Comfier Massager. It is a portable massager that provides deep-penetrating warmth and rejuvenating massage at home or away. The massager has 8 massage nodes that rotate in unison and provide lighted heat therapy for a relaxing experience.

Product Setup and Operation

Connect the adapter cable to the cable on the cushion.
Plug the home adapter into an outlet or the car adapter into your car’s power receptacle.
Turn on the massager and select your desired settings through below controller.
An additional dust-proof sleeve is provided to cover the massage heads for softening purpose when needed.

Controller Buttons

Power Button: Press to turn on the massager and activate shiatsu clockwise rotation at high level, Press again to turn off the massager
Intensity Button: When the massager is turned on, press to set the shiatsu intensity at high or low level
Direction Button: When the massager is turned on, press to shift Shiatsu clockwise rotation or Shiatsu anti-clockwise rotation
Heat Button: When the massager is turned on, press to turn on or off the heat

Note: Press the Power button to turn on the massager and activate the default setting massage mode i.e. the massage heads will rotate clockwise at high level of intensity and with heating, until it auto shuts off or press the corresponding button to change it. This device will switch off automatically after 15 minutes timer runs out.

Product Care and Cleaning Instructions

Care and Maintenance

Always unplug the unit before cleaning it.
Never touch the power plug with wet hands.
Before cleaning, allow unit to cool.
Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cloths containing any kind of chemical or alcohol and solvent liquids.
Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.
If the unit is particularly dirty, use the following instructions:
1. Remove the removable sleeve from the massager.
2. Wash the removable sleeve in cold water with a mild detergent.
3. Wipe the surface of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use water to clean the unit.
4. Wipe the areas with a soft, dry cloth to dry.
5. Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use. Place massager in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.

Removable Sleeve

The massager comes with a removable sleeve that can be washed separately when needed.

Product Troubleshooting

Problem

Massage heads rotating at reduced speed.
Device switches off suddenly.
Device fails to start.
Jerky motion of massage heads/Vibrations from device.

Solution

Check if adaptor output is connected to device power inlet wire.
Excessive pressure may have been applied to the device. Reduce pressure and try again.

Warning

Remove the adapter from the outlet when not in use.
Do not setup or use the massager in a bathroom or similary wet / damp areas.
For your own safety we equip the massager with protection against over-heating. Heat is created in the motors when placed under great stress and excessive pressure. Before this could create any risk and after a runtime of 15 Minutes. The massager will switch off automatically and will only allow switching on again after an appropriate downtime.
Likewise, you should allow your body some rest periods. To avoid straining your muscles too much, we recommend to not exceeding a continuous massage of 15 Minutes.

In case of malfunction, disconnect immediately from the mains.
Do not use if you have skin disorders, open wounds,or swollen or inflamed areas.

Do not use this device while driving.
Do not use while you sleep.
In order to avoid excessively stimulating the muscles and nerves, the recommended massage time should not be exceeded 15 minutes at a time.
Each massage – even a hand massage – must be refrained from during pregnancy or if one or more of the following complaints are present in the massage area: recent injuries, thrombotic diseases, all kinds of inflammations and swellings, and cancer. It is recommended to consult a doctor before having a massage for the treatment of ailments and illnesses.
If you are dependent on electrical aids e.g. pacemakers, please be sure to consult your doctor for medical advice before taking a massage.
The packaging material supplied should not be used as a toy.

Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use.

Place massager in a safe, dry, and cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.

Removable Sleeve

Sleeve wraps around unit, covering massage heads, and fastens with loop strip.
Wash in cold water with mild detergent. Allow to air dry.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem	Solution
Massage heads rotating at reduced speed.	The load on the massage heads is

excessive. Reduce pressure and try again.
Device switches oﬀ suddenly.| Device may have been in use for 15 minutes. Auto-shutoﬀ function activated. Continue using by pressing the ‘On’ button after resting the unit for 15 minutes.
Over-heat protection function activated. Device is switched oﬀ for your safety. Please rest device for 15-30 minutes before restarting.
Device fails to start.| Check if device has been used for more than 15 minutes. If so, let device rest for 15 minutes before continuing. Device may require

longer time to cool in warmer environments.

Check if adaptor is plugged into socket.
Check if adaptor output is connected to device power inlet wire.
Jerky motion of massage heads/Vibrations from device.| Excessive pressure may have been applied to the device.

Reduce pressure and try again.
