DP14 Proof Box

Product Information

The DP14 is an oven designed for commercial use in baking, proofing, and cooking. It has a temperature range of 80°F to 500°F, and a humidity range of 30% to 95%. Product Usage Instructions

Before using the DP14 oven, refer to the user manual for safety instructions and precautions.

Connect the oven to a power source and turn it on.

If using the proofing feature, select the desired humidity level using the humidity control.
Place food items inside the oven, ensuring that they are evenly spaced and not touching the walls or each other.
Close the doors securely.
If using the water pan, fill it with water and place it in the designated area inside the oven.
If necessary, adjust the shelves to accommodate the size of the food items.
Monitor the food items periodically to ensure they are cooking or proofing according to your desired results.
When finished, turn off the oven and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
