Keep car aroma diffuser free of any obstruction. Do not cover! To clean the car aroma diffuser:
- Disconnect car air purifier.
- Use soft cloth only

Philips car air purifier troubleshooting
Problem 1
Philips car air purifier does not switch to high speed.
Solution 1
- Check it is not connected to in-car USB data port which is usually not designed as power source.
- Connect to in-car USB port with charging function.
- Or check your USB power input, it needs to be higher than 5V/1A.
Problem 2
When the AQI turns to yellow or red color, my GoPure car air purifier keeps
rebooting.
Solution 2
- Verify that the USB port is not DATA port, connect only to USB port with charging function (or current over 1A).
- Check the power connection and make sure the USB cable is properly inserted.
- If your device still does not restart, please contact your retailer.
Problem 3
After filter replacement, the yellow light ring on top remains blinking at
restart.
Solution 3
Turn off the device and follow filter reset steps in section 6.1. Please make
sure the power cable remains connected during the whole process.
Problem 4
The Philips car air purifier stops running for a short while.
Solution 4
This is normal: Philips car air purifier has a voltage protection function.
The device turns off automatically when the voltage supply from vehicle is
fluctuant.
The device will resume to work once the voltage comes back stable.
Problem 5
Philips GoPure air quality indicator does not change for a very long time.
Solution 5
It may simply indicate stable air quality.
It may also indicate that the air intake slots are obstructed or polluted.
- Make sure the air circulation around the device is free.
- Restart the device. If the problem remains, please contact your retailer or service center.
Problem 6
Philips GoPure air quality indicator changes frequently.
Solution 6
This is normal and the device is working properly. When the air quality is
poor, the device performs its cleaning process. However, the air quality
indicator reflects the air quality near the device. At times, this may bring a
frequent air quality display change. Let the GoPure car air purifier perform
its cleaning process. When the air reaches good quality, the air quality
indicator will turn blue as described.
