TECHNICAL MANUAL. TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION

WAR NING

  • This appliance must be installed in accordance with current regulations.
  • Please read instructions before installing and using this appliance.
  • Only use outdoors.
  • Do not move the appliance when in use.
  • Close the gas supply to the bottle after use.
  • Any modification of the appliance may be dangerous.
  • This appliance must be kept away from flammable materials.

All the actions indicated in this manual must be carried out by qualified persons and in accordance with applicable regulations.

WARNINGS FOR USE

  • The appliance and the gas bottle must be placed on a flat surface far away from flammable materials.
  • Protect the bottle and the appliance from direct sunlight.
  • WARNING: do not move the appliance when in use or when still hot.
  • Change the deteriorated or porous gas tubes and replace them before the expiry date indicated on the same tube. The tubes must not be compressed, and must be installed so that they  are not subject toany forces. THEY MUST NOT come into contact with any hot part.
  • All repairs and maintenance must be carried out by specialized personnel.
  • Any modification or alteration could be dangerous.
  • WARNING: ACCESSIBLE PARTS CAN REACH VERY HIGH MPERATURES!
  • KEEP OUT OF CHILDREN’S REACH.
  • WARNING: after use, turn off the burner and the gas bottle immediately.
  • The surface where the gas cooker will be installed must be flat and high temperature resistant.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised by a competent person during its use.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • PRECAUTION: For safety reasons, never leave packaging materials (plastic bags, cardboard, polyethylene etc.) within the reach of children.
  • The manufacturer declines all responsibility in case of bad installation, or inappropriate use of the device.
  • If the valves open or close with difficulty, they should not be forced and technical assistance should be called.
  • WARNING: We advise you to check that your appliance has been properly installed. It is also necessary to have the appliance checked at least once a year to check the condition of the connection tube, taps, etc.
  • The surface where the stove is to be installed must be flat and resist high temperatures.

CONNECTING THE GAS

In order to work, the stove must have:

  • 1 bottle of gas (butane or propane), only bottled by Official Dealers, in accordance with the gas indicated on the data plate.
  • 1 pressure regulator approved and indicated on the data plate with following characteristics: 28-30 bar for butane and 37 mbar for propane.
  • 1 flexible tube approved for gas, with a maximum length of 1.5 m.
  • 2 screw clamps for the flexible tube.

Connect the flexible tube to the gas supply inlet on the stove regulator and to the gas bottle regulator, ensuring the tightness by means of the 2 screw clamps. Place the bottle on a stable surface and assemble the bottle regulator. Make sure that the flexible tube does not come into contact with the stove and that it is not subject to any twisting forces. After opening theregulator, check there is no gas leak by applying soapy water with a brush on the joint  of the flexible tubewith the cooker and the regulator. The appearance of bubbles means there is a gas leak. NEVER USE AFLAME TO DETECT GAS LEAKS.

The bottle replacement must be done far away from any source of flame.

IF YOU SMELL GAS:

  • Turn off the burner
  • Close the appliance gas supply (bottle tap)
  • Contact your gas supplier or specialized personnel.

MAINTENANCE (by qualified personnel)

  • Before doing any type of work, the gas supply tap must be turned off.
  • Verify the state of the flexible connection tube regularly and replace it whenever necessary (expiry date).
  •  To ensure proper functioning, once a year check the burner taps, if necessary, REPLACE THEM. After doing this, you must check to see there is no gas leak.

The gas bottle capacity can be no more than 12,5 kg.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fix the feet to the upper frame: Place the M6x20 screws on the top of the upper frame, now place the flat washer and the spring washer and the nut. Use a screwdriver and a wrench to fasten the M6 nuts

  2. Fix the burners under the upper frame: Place the M6x20 in the top of the upper frame, now place the flat washer and the spring washer and the M6 nut. Use a screwdriver and a wrench to fasten the M6 nuts.

  3.  Fix the gas control valve to the burner: Use the M5 screws to connect the valve to the burner.

ASSEMBLY WARNINGS

  1. Assembly the gas stove far from any ignition point.
  2. Protect the gas bottle from direct solar exposure and keep it in a vented place.
  3. The gas bottle must be closed and be kept in a proper place until is returned to the gas dealer.
  4. The hose should be checked periodically and should be replaced immediately if worn or damaged.
  5. The hose must be replaced by the expiration date indicated on it.

USE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn on, turn off, adjust the fire:
  2. IGNITION: Turn the gas control valve counterclockwise while holding anaked flame near the burner.
  3. OFF: Turn gas control valve fully clockwise
  4. Flame Adjustment: Turning the gas control valve up or down slowly to increase or decrease your flame
  5. Use of kitchen utensils:
  6. The recommended kitchen utensils should have a diameter of 15 to 28 cm, do not use utensils whose diameter is greater than 29 cm. (two). Place cooking utensils in the center of the stove.
  7. Turn stove off at control valve and shut off gas supply at regulator when cooking is complete.
  8. When the last flame goes out, wait at least 5 minutes for the stove to cool down.

CLEANING-MAINTENANCE
Check the flexible gas tube and replace them before the expiration date indicated on the same tube. The pipes must not present any strangulation, in addition, they must be installed in such a way that they cannot suffer any stress. They must not come into contact with any hot parts. In order to keep your appliance in good condition, you need to clean it regularly. To do this, clean with   cloth dampened in soapy water. Then proceed to dry it with another cloth. Never leave possible residues on the stove burner.

  • ATTENTION: never use abrasive detergent products
  • If the stove is not used for a long time, put it back in its packaging and store it in a dry and clean place.
  • For any technical problem, contact the installer or a specialized technician.
  • Only a specialized technician can replace the components or any part of the stove.
