Safety Notice

The product listed in follows was (were) tested in the BTL EMC Laboratory to
comply with the criteria limits Class B of conducted and radiated emissions of
the Technical Standards FCC Part 15, Subpart 8, established by the FCC, USA.

the party responsible for compliance could void the user’ s authority to
operate the equipment.

KCC Certificate of Compliance: It is verified that foregoing equipment
has been registered under the clause 3,article 58-2 of radio waves act.
RoHS Certificate of Compliance : This certificate of compliance is based
on a test procedure or an evaluation of the above-mentioned product. This is
to certify that the above-mentioned product is in compliance with the RoHS
Directive (2011/65/EU) of the European Parliament. It is only valid in
connection with the test report.

WARNING! Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures
other than those specified herein or in the laser product’s installation guide
may result in hazardous radiation exposure.To reduce the risk of exposure to
hazardous radiation:
- Do not try to open the module enclosure. There are no user serviceable components inside.
- Do not operate controls, make adjustments, or perform procedures to the laser device other than those specified herein.
- Allow only HP Authorized service technicians to repair the unit.
Headset and earphone volume level notice: To prevent possible hearing
damage, do not use high volume levels for long periods. Before using a headset
or earphones, always reset the volume to a low level. For your own safety, use
headsets or earphones compliant with the headphone limits in EN 50332-2.
