Function Introduction
Power supply: Please use a DC5V power adapter
Cleaning the grain storage bucket: Notice! There are electronic feeders in the
feeder, and it is forbidden to wash with water directly, please wipe with a
semi-wet towel.
How to turn on and off the grain storage bucket: Rotate the knob on the top of
the grain storage bucket t o clock in or close
Speaker: Built-in speaker at the bottom can play sound
Bottom battery compartment: Can place 3 AA batteries as a backup power supply
(When the battery is powered, the feeder o n l y retains the automatic feeding
function set by the APP , and other functions cannot be used.)
Instructions for use of batteries
- Use 3 M alkaline batteries for the power supply.
- The positive and negative poles of the battery refer to the positive and negative pole marks in the battery compartment.
- When the battery power is insufficient, please power it off before replacing the new battery.
- Before the pet feeder is discarded, the battery must be removed from the feeder.
- The feeder must be powered off when removing the battery.
- According to relevant national regulations, waste batteries should be placed in a special storage point for waste batteries.
- If you do not use it for a long time, please take out the battery. If there is leakage, please clean the battery compartment immediately, and put the leaking battery in a special storage point.Install the food pan: There are two connecting holes on the inside of the food tray, and you can insert the connecting column at the bottom of the fuselage into the connecting holes.

Button function
Record button: Long press to record, tap to record voice playback
Manual feeding button: Press and hold to restore factory settings , short
press to manually feed pet food
Kids lock button: Long press for 3 seconds to lock, long press again for 3
seconds to unlock.

Download and Install
Go to the App Store or Google Play to search and download the “Wansview Cloud” APP on your smartphone. Or scan below QR code to get the APR

Register Account
Open the “Wansview Cloud” APP and register an account with your email and activate it. Tips: Your password must be 8-16 characters, and contains at least the following three categories: numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, or special characters.
Connect to Wifi
Tips:
- This feeder only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported!
- Please put the feeder next t o the router during setting up, after connection succeeds, you can place the feeder in another place.

FAQ
Q. The feeder can’t connect successfully, what is the problem? And what is the
solution?
– A: Check whether the switch at the bottom of the feeder is turned on, and
then check the . status of the feeder indicator light after powering on,
whether the red indicator light is on.
1 Check whether the account and password of Wifi are correct. It is
recommended to use letters and numbers.
2 Make sure your wifi is in the 2.4Ghz band.
3 Authorize the APP to allow location information and access network
permissions during the installation process.
Q. Inaccurate or no grain output from the feeder.
– A: Check if there is too much food in the food tray and if the food outlet
is blocked; if using battery power, please check if the power is sufficient or
not.
Q. Turn on the feeder, but without any response.
– A: Check whether the power supply is connected well and whether the switch
is turned on. Check if the power adapter is normal or not.
Q. The feeder shows the offline status on the app.
– A: Please check the distance between the feeder and the router, and place
the feeder close to the router, preferably without walls.
Q. I can’t watch the video.
– A: When only using battery power and not powered on via USB cable, the video
function will not work.
Precautions
- Please place the feeder correctly, it is recommended to place the feeder in a corner or against a wall. Prevent pets from tipping over the feeder.
- Replace the desiccant on the storage lid regularly. Keep food buckets dry and airtight, and check them regularly. Clean food buckets and food bowls regularly.
- Do not put anything other than dry pet food in the food bucket. Otherwise, the equipment may be abnormal, and even pet food safety problems may occur.
- The power cord of the product should be installed as concealed as possible to prevent damage to the feeder due to pets biting the cord.
- If children are using this feeder, be sure to use it under adult supervision. Prevent children from damaging products and accessories. Or swallowing small parts can cause suffocation or other hazards.
- After installing a spare dry battery, you can manually operate the unit to provide normal power during a power outage.
- The kid pets are not recommended to use this pet feeder.
- Please use this product in the temperature range of -10°C-50°C. High or low ambient temperature may cause product failure
- It is recommended to use the power supply provided with the feeder.
- When adding pet food for the first time, you need to manually click to feed it 3-5 times. After the rotating trough of the grain outlet is full, it can be fed normally according to the quantity.
- The food shortage alarm is based on the food status in the food storage bucket, rather than whether there is food in the pet food tray.
