Product Information
The Konnected JoeTM Rear Module, model numbers KJ15041123 and KJ15041523, is a
component of a larger product system. It features a 2-pin element wire, 4-pin
fan tube, 6-pin, and 5-pin connectors.
The rear module is designed to be disconnected from the product system for
maintenance or repair purposes.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before removing the rear module, ensure that the lid switch, pit probe, and power supply are unplugged to prevent electrical shock or other hazards.
- Loosen the two screws from the rear module. Note that the screws do not have to be fully removed to disengage the rear module.
- Disconnect the wire harness from the rear module. Use caution and do not apply tension on the wire harness to avoid damaging it.
- Perform maintenance or repair tasks as necessary.
- Reconnect the wire harness to the rear module and tighten the two screws.
- Plug in the lid switch, pit probe, and power supply before resuming use of the product system.

CAUTION – SAFETY PRECAUTIONS – READ BEFORE USE
- Make sure your grill has fully cooled before handling to avoid burns.
- Some components may have sharp edges. Use caution to avoid injury.
- Disconnect the power supply from the grill before handling.
Unplug lid switch, pit probe, and power supply.
Loosen two screws from rear module. Please note, the screws do not have to be fully removed to disengage the rear module.
Disconnect the wire harness from the rear module. Use caution do not apply tension on the wire harness.
Repeat the steps in reverse order to install the new rear module.
*Note – when reinstalling the rear module, be sure the fan tube is fully
seated in the grill body.
