Product Information

The simalube lubrication system consists of a special brush and a dispenser that automatically maintains and lubricates large guide rails, preventing dry friction and protecting the guide rail with an even film of oil. The system also cleans the guide rail at the same time, removing dirt thanks to the spring-loaded brush. The running time can be set between 1-12 months and directly adjusted on the dispenser. The simalube system is driven by a gas producing dry cell and enables cost savings due to the elimination of manual lubrication, less wear on guide rails, and a higher availability of plants.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure that the simalube system is properly installed on the guide rail with the fastening thread.
2. Select the desired running time between 1-12 months on the simalube dispenser.
3. Adjust the amount of lubricant to be continuously dispensed on the guide rail directly on the dispenser.
4. The special brush will automatically apply the lubricant evenly and clean the guide rail at the same time.
5. Monitor the system regularly to ensure proper lubrication and adjust the running time and lubricant amount as necessary.
6. To replace the simalube dispenser, simply remove and replace it without any loss of oil or contamination of adjacent components.

Special brush for guide rails

The special brush enables lubricant to be applied evenly. The lubricant is conveyed from the simalube lubricant dispenser to the brush and thus transferred to the guide. The brush touches the guide on three sides, is spring-loaded and automatically adapts to the rail. The simalube is driven by a gas producing dry cell. The amount of lubricant can be continuously adjusted directly on the dispenser with a running time of 1-12 months.
