The temperature control travel mug has a touch button, power button, and a temperature control feature. It also comes with a charging coaster for all-day battery life. The mug should not be filled above the MAX fill line and is not designed for use with MCT oils. Hot contents may create internal pressure resulting in a hot liquid spray when opening the lid. Therefore, users should always have the mug positioned away from the face when pressing down on the lid to properly release pressure. The temperature control travel mug is wireless charging compatible with iOS/Android smartphones.

Usage Instructions

  • Before first use, fully charge the temperature control travel mug on the charging stand.
  • To change the temperature, tap the logo twice and then tap ‘+’ or ‘-‘ to adjust.
  • The temperature control travel mug should be hand washed only and should not be placed in the dishwasher or microwave.
  • After washing, ensure that the charging coaster pins and gold rings at the base of the mug are dry before charging.
  • When charging, place the travel mug on its included charging coaster to maintain all-day battery life.
  • Do not fill the mug above the MAX fill line and avoid using MCT oils with the mug.
  • When consuming hot beverages, allow them to cool down before drinking and keep the temperature control travel mug out of reach of children when filled with hot beverages.

This product is not designed to be used with MCT oils. MCT oils can sometimes be found in drink or food additives. MCT oils react with plastic materials and can degrade them, including the food-grade plastic used in the Travel Mug lid. MCT oils should only be used with utensils and containers made of metal, glass, ceramic, or materials specifically approved for MCT oils.

  • The battery temperature rises to a high temperature state (above 61°C) showing BAT COOLING, the travel mug is powering off as a safety precaution to protect the battery

  • When the battery temperature is low (below -19°C), BAT COLD is displayed, and the travel mug is under power-off protection

  • Travel mug shows NOT NTC when there is a processing error due to a thermal sensor failure

  • ERROR is displayed when the travel mug has a processing error due to one or more hardware failures

Important safeguards

  • Do not microwave temperature control travel mug, Travel mug is an electronic device, which should never go in a microwave.
  • Dr it well. Ensure gold rings at the base of the mug and pins on charging coaster are dry before charging.
  • Use caution when consuming hot beverages. Let the cool down before consuming.
  • Keep temperature control travel mug out of reach of children when filled with hot beverages.
  • Travel mug is hand wash only. May use bottle brush to clean inside of mug. Please do not put travel mug in the dishwasher.

When using this product, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  1. Read all instructions.
  2. Do not place near heat sources or heat–producing devices. Do not touch inside vessel hot surfaces.
  3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  4. Use only power supply and coaster provided with the product for charging. Do not use any other third – party accessories.
  5. Unplug power supply from the wall when not in use and before cleaning. Clean the power supply and charging coaster with a clean, dry cloth and do not immerse in water or other liquid to protect against fire, electric shock and injury to person.
  6. Do not microwave. Mug is hand wash only. Use water and mild soap to clean.
  7. Do not operate the product with a damaged cord, plug or coaster, or after the product malfunctions. Attempting to open or service the unit voids all warranties and may cause injury to user. If you experience problems with the device, discontinue use and contact dealer for assistance.
  8. If any of the instructions provided are not followed, or the equipment is used in a manner not specified by the manufacturer, the protection provided by the equipment for fire, electric shock or injury to persons may be impaired.
  9. This product is intended for consumable liquids like coffee and tea.
  10. Save these instructions.
