The AM-599 model is a computer motherboard that supports Socket 7 CPU upgradability. It has a 1MB Flash EPROM that supports PnP, APM, and ATAPI. The motherboard also features IDE AUTO LBA Mode that supports HDDs up to 8.4GB and anti-virus protection. The AM-599 model comes with external cache, including a Direct Mapped L2 Write Back Cache and 512KB On-board Synchronous Pipelined Burst SRAM.
