Safety Information

  • Do not use the device in dusty, humid, dirty places or near magnetic fields, which may cause the internal circuits to malfunction.
  • When you use the device to listen to music or make phone calls, we suggest keeping the volume down to avoid damage to your hearing. Prolonged exposure to high volumes may result in permanent hearing damage.
  • Always put safety as your primary responsibility and do not engage in distracting activities while driving.
  • Do not wrap or seal the device, cover it with towels and otheritems, or use it in closed environments such as a box or case.
  • Do not place the device near heat sources or open flames, such as electric heaters, microwave ovens, ovens, water heaters, stove water, wax candles, or places where high temperatures may occur.
  • Do not dry the device with external heating devices such as microwave ovens or hairdryers.
  • Use a clean, dry, and soft cloth to wipe the device and stop using it before cleaning and maintenance.
  • Please use the device under 0°C – 45°C and store it and its accessories under -20°C – +45°C. Extreme ambient temperatures may cause the device to malfunction.
  • Store the device and its accessories in a ventilated and cooling place free from direct sunlight.
  • This device and its accessories may contain small parts. Please keep them out of the reach of children. Children may inadvertently damage the device and accessories, or swallow the small parts, causing suffocation or other dangers.
  • Do not disassemble or modify the device and its accessories without permission, or they will no longer be covered by our warranty. Please contact our customer service in case of a malfunction.
  • Do not dispose of this device and its accessories as ordinary household waste. Please comply with the local laws and regulations on the handling of this device and its accessories and support recycling.
  • Do not step on, pull, or overbend the cables of the device to a void malfunction.
  • Do not use strong chemicals, cleaning agents, or detergents to clean the device or its metal parts. Instead, use a clean, dry, and soft cloth to wipe them.
