StarBoard Digital Board
Introduction
Product introduction
For better connect the traditional blackboard and developing multimedia technology , we have developed the digital blackboard scheme, which mainly solves the organic combination of multimedia teaching and traditional chalk teaching. Through the digital blackboard, the content of traditional green board /writing blackboard cannot be saved and shared. Through the digital blackboard scheme, we can realize the effective combination of blackboard content and multimedia.

Hardware
- Left side digital board
- Right side digital board
digital whiteboard (option 1)
This type digital board surface made by ceramic, with white color, support
whiteboard marker pen writing, easily be cleaned, very few ink mark left
.
digital green board (option 2)
Digital green board surface made by cold steel paint green writing material,
support different color chalk writing, maximum connect to the teachers
traditional writing habit.
Software functions
After installation, digital board software will start automatically when open the connected PC. Teachers can use it directly and the writing contents will be record directly.
Memory mode
When open the PC, digital board software will start automatically, showing”Notes Recording”on top of the screen, and go into writing record model, record what’s writing on the digital board.
Synchronous mode
Double click the icon of Notes recording on the screen or click the quick
toolbar icon “preview”on the board , will show the full page, to see the
writing contents and select other Synchronous mode functions.
- Click ”desktop”, You can minimize the blackboard picture and return to the computer desktop to operate other programs. The digital board software will also switch to the memory mode. At this time, the blackboard writing content written on the blackboard will be recorded in the background.
Menu
The digital board software toolbar is designed in a minimalist style, leaving
most of the screen area for the display of blackboard notes, so that students
can see the teacher’s blackboard content more clearly. The following is the
function introduction of blackboard script synchronization page：

Switch-change the icons to left/right

Sidebar-hide the bottom function icons；

UP- show the bottom function icons

Desktop-go to PC desktop/back to writing mode

Preview all the written pages

Menu（includes below functions）：
- OPEN-open a prepared .iwb format file
- SAVE-save the writing contents
- SHARE-Share the writing contents
- BALACKBOARD/GREENBOARD -background color change to black/green
- HELP-software help file
- EXIT-exit digitalboard software
- SETTING-set the digital board
- CLOSE-close the menu

Insert-only when you installed “DrawView 6.0” software will show this icon, can go into DrawView 6.0 software for education work
Page corner mark and status indicator
- 01-01Shows current page is the first page of the left side digital board,1
- 02-01Shows the current page is the first page of right side digital board, 2
- A status indicator shows the current operation status of the digital board.
Settings
Click Menu-Setting to set the digital board operation
- Only shows in dual screens mode
- Only shows in dual screens mode,
General
The software can switch the storage location of digital board notes and
software language.
Scale
The digital blackboard has a variety of product proportions. Please select the
appropriate proportion configuration in the proportion setting to obtain
better blackboard restoration effect. (the default ratio is 1:1, which is
applicable to the product form of left and right blackboard + large screen
all-in-one machine.)
Mode
The digital board software provides single-screen and dual-screen display modes. In single-screen mode, the software only previews the currently active blackboard notes. When writing on both digital boards at the same time, it will preview the blackboard that responds first, and the notes on the other board will be recorded in the background.
Single screen
Dual screens（default）
In this mode, both sides digital boards writing content will show on the
monitor screen, only when the hardware with two boards will active this mode
.
Position
Position setting the digital boards writing contents shows position on the monitor screen, only when there are two digital boards support this setting
LLRR
This mode means left side board writing contents shows on screen left side,
right side board contents shows on screen right side.
LRLR
This mode means left side board writing contents shows on screen right side,
right side board contents shows on screen left side.

About shows digital board software version information.
QRcode share
User can share the notes via scan QRcode, click menu- share, to share the notes. Scan share will record the notes as picture store to cloud, when scan the QR code, can get the contents fast and easily.
Vote
Click the physical icon Vote on the digital board, can make quickly create
quiz interactions for the current class. Scan code voting provides three forms
of “single choice”, “multiple choice” and “vote”to create answering
interactions.
Click ”Single Choice“ to create single answer quiz, students can scan the QR code to select answer.
Click “End Vote” to end the quiz. The screen will show the vote result

Toolbar icons on the digital boar

After the digital board software started, clicking the “preview” can switch the software to show full screen.

Clean the digital ink on the screen (could not clean the physical mark written by chalk or whiteboard pen on the digital board)

Shows the white color of the drawing on the screen (writing color on the board depends on the chalk or whiteboard pen itself)

Shows red color of drawing on the screen (writing color on the board depends on the chalk or whiteboard pen itself)

Shows yellow color of drawing on the screen (writing color on the board depends on the chalk or whiteboard pen itself)
