SONY LF-X1 AC Power Adapter for the Location Free TV Monitor

The model number and serial number are located on the bottom of your AC
adapter. Record the serial number in the space provided here. Refer to the

Before use
This AC power adapter is designed exclusively for the Sony Location Free TV
monitor.
Plug the AC power adapter into the DC IN jack on the left side of the Location
Free TV monitor stand.
Refer also to the operating instructions supplied with the Location Free TV.
For the base station, use the base station AC power adapter supplied with the
Location Free TV.

Notes on use
Installation
Placing the unit in locations subject to the following conditions may cause the unit to malfunction or to be damaged.

Extreme heat
Leaving the unit in extremely hot conditions, such as in a car with the windows closed and parked in the sun, may cause deformation or malfunction. -
Direct sunlight or near a heater
Placing the unit in direct sunlight or near heat sources may cause deformation or malfunction. -
Strong vibrations

Strong magnetic fields

Flying sand such as on the beach
Do not expose the product to sand when on the beach or in sandy areas.
Doing so may cause malfunction and may make the product unrepairable.
Operation
- Do not apply mechanical shock or drop the unit.
- Keep the unit away from TV or AM receivers, as it will disturb reception.
- Unplug the power cord from the AC outlet when not in use for a long time. To disconnect the power cord, pull it out by the plug. Never pull the cord itself.
- Be sure that nothing metallic comes in contact with the metal parts of this unit. If this happens, a short circuit may occur and the unit may be damaged.
Cleaning
- When the unit gets dirty, unplug the power cord from the AC outlet and wipe the unit with a soft cloth or tissue. When the unit is very dirty, wipe it with a soft dry cloth moistened with a mild detergent solution and wrung dry. Then wipe the unit with a dry cloth.
- Do not use any type of solvent such as alcohol, thinner, or benzine, which may damage the finish.
- When using a moist towelette, follow the instructions on the package.
- Applying volatile chemicals such as insecticide, to rubber and plastic surfaces may damage the finish.
