30823 Diesel Injector Seat Cutter Set

Access and remove the installed injectors.

Install the appropriate reamer onto the pilot post and tighten the hex screw, then attach the T-handle to the other end.
Important: Ensure that the reamer is tightened securely. -
Insert the cutter tool into the recess until contact is made with the injector seat.

Applying light pressure to the T-handle, turn the cutter clockwise ONLY. Using a few drops of light lubricant while cutting can help to reduce chattering and deliver a flat cut. Important:
DO NOT apply excessive pressure as this will over-cut the seat. Remove only enough metal to form a good seat. -
Check that the injector seat is free from debris and repeat if necessary.

When the seat surface is clean, re-insert the injector. Store this product in a clean and dry environment, out of reach of children.
