- Compatible Phone: Available on Android 11 Phone and later.
Connect to car
Using USB cable in the package connect to USB-C port of the device, and the other end to the USB-A port of the car.
Wireless connection to Phone (Method 1)
- Turn on WiFi and bluetooth from Phone
- Using Android Phone bluetooth connect to bluetooth of the WIZCAR device.
USB cable connection to Phone (Method 2)
- Using USB cable connect to USB-A port of the device, and the other end to the Android Phone.
- Recommend to use phone manufacturers original USB cable. (If you use a bad quality USB data cable, it may cause the Android Auto system to freeze and crash.)
Warm Reminder
- Only Android 11 and later Phone support wireless Android Auto.
- This device support either wireless connection or USB cable connection for Android Phone only.
- Because of the way Android Auto works, Please connect to car’s bluetooth if you need making calling.
- The device transfer data via 5 Ghz WiFi, If your phone support 2.4 Ghz WiFi only, wireless connection will failed, so you need connect phone to the device via USB cable.
OTA firmware update
- Using Phone WiFi connect to product WiFi (Passwords is 12345678),
- Access to the settings page 192.168.50.2 in phone browser.
- Click “Checking for Update” button.
