OVERVIEW

How to open?

• Step 1. Press ” C ” button
• Step 2. Press factory code ” 1 2 3 4 “
• Step 3. Press ” # ” button
• Step 4. Turn knob (Key or Handle) clockwise and open the door while melody rings.

How to close?

1. Home Safe(EN, EK) : Close the door, and turn the knob(or key) counter-clockwise.
2. Office Safe(EH) : Close the door. Then it is locked automatically.
3. Office Safe(EHK) : Close the door, and turn the key counter-clockwise by 360′ to take it out.
   • In the case of EHK, if you want to use a digital lock only, please turn the metal key clockwise by 360° and take it out.

How to enter 1st code?

• Step 1. Press the ” M ” button
• Step 2. Press the New Code buttons (4 digits min to 16 digits max)
• Step 3. Press the ” # ” button (Melodic tone)
• EX) If a new code is decided 2 1 O O, press the buttons as below. M 2 1 O O # ( Melodic tone)

To confirm if the code is exactly entered, press the code in opening procedures prior to closing door. For example, in case of your code 4 4 0 0, press button C 4 4 O O #. If the procedure is properly done, melody rings for 3 seconds.

• Step 1. Press ” M ” button
• Step 2. Press ” 2 ” button
• Step 3. Press ” #” button
• Step 4. Press 2nd New Code buttons (4 digits min to 16 digits max )
• Step 5. Press ” #” button (Melodic tone)

• Step 1. Press ” M ” button

When to replace batteries?

1. If you hear an abnormal ‘Bi-ric’ , not ‘Beep’ sound when you press any button.
2. The door is not opened in spite of exact code entered.

• Battery life span : 2 years (In case of three door openings a day) EDL77: 1. SV AA Alkaline 4pcs / REDL2: 1. SV AAA Alkaline 4pcs
• Insulated containers are intended to release moisture to protect paper records during a fire. Therefore the door should be opened frequently to permit free circulation of air.
• Stamps, coins, films, photographs, etc., must be placed in friction lid containers or heavy-duty (boil-proof) plastic bags and wrapped in aluminum foil lo prevent moisture damage.
