CONTROLS

1.| – Press and hold to decrease volume.

9| – Connect an external microphone and transmit your voice in any of the speaker modes.

– A USB wall adapter 5V/2A is recommended.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING

  • With the speaker on tap the button until you reach Bluetooth mode (the speaker turns on in Bluetooth mode by default.
  • The button should have a blue flashing light.
  • Search for and select “SPK-ST20” under the Bluetooth settings of the device you are connecting to e.g. smartphone or tablet.
  • Once connected you will hear a tone from the speaker.
  • To disconnect Bluetooth press and hold the button.

TIP: If a password is requested enter “0000”

TWS PAIRING:

  • Turn on two identical speakers into their Bluetooth pairing modes.
  • Tap the button on one of the speakers. A tone will be heard when successfully paired.
  • Search for and select “SPK-ST20” under the Bluetooth settings of a device you are connecting to e.g., smartphone or tablet.
  • Once paired to a smart device any music played will come out of both speakers in separate stereo channel (dependent on source material).
  • Tap the    button to exit TWS function.

TIP: TWS pairing will not work if either of the speakers are already connected to a device via Bluetooth. Please disconnect the speakers from any Bluetooth connections before using TWS.
USB IN

  • Connect an external source device via the USB-A input on the speaker.
  • When connected the speaker will automatically switch to USB mode.
  • Press and hold for volume and tap to skip tracks.
  • Tap the button to play or pause.
  • Up to 32GB drives formatted to the Fat32 or exFAT file system are supported.

FM RADIO:

  • With the speaker on tap the button until you reach FM Radio mode
  • Tap the button to start the auto search function for FM stations.
  • This operation will scan all available FM stations and record them to memory.
  • The scan procedure will take 1 -2 minutes to complete and should not be interrupted.
  • Once complete you can tap the    Volume buttons to skip between the saved stations.

AUXILIARY IN

  • Connect an external source device via a 3.5mm Aux cable.
  • When connected the speaker will automatically switch to Aux mode.
  • During Aux connection track controls will need to be done via the source device.
  • To exit Aux mode simply disconnect the 3.5mm Aux cable.

CHARGING:

  • Connect a USB Type-C cable to charge the speaker.
  • A USB wall adapter 5V/2A is recommended however slower charging via a Computer/Laptop USB port is possible.
  • The 4 LED lights on the top control panel of the speaker will illuminate in sequence.
  • Once charging has finished the 4 LED lights will be solid.
  • A full charge takes up to 6 hours (dependent on the charging source).

TIP: When the speaker battery is low it will prompt for recharging.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

No Power:

  • Check battery level and charge if required.
  • Try turning on the speaker while connected to a power source.
  • Try charging the speaker with a USB Wall Adapter (like a smartphone charger) instead of a laptop or computer.

Problems Connecting to Bluetooth:

  • Place the speaker next to the smart device you are pairing to e.g., Smartphone.
  • If the Bluetooth name “SPK-ST20” does not appear on the list of available devices, then try refreshing the list or searching again.
  •  Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth mode (default mode when turning on the speaker) before searching on your smart device.
  • If the speaker is already connected to another smart device, it will need to be unpaired from that device first or it will need to be out of the Bluetooth connection range of that device before it can be connected to another.
  • Disconnect from a connected Bluetooth device by pressing and holding the button.

Radio not clear:

  • Change speaker location.
  • Isolate the speaker from other devices as unclear reception may be caused by interference.

USB not recognized or files not playing:

  • Make sure the USB drive is 32GB or less.
  • Check USB drive has been formatted to the FAT32 or exFAT file system. If USB is new out of the box, we recommend you format it on a Windows-based computer first before using it with the speaker.
  • Make sure to only use MP3 music files copied to the USB. be caused by interference.

WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS

Laser warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months, from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in accordance with accompanying recommendations or instructions where provided. The benefit of this warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
Through a network of retailers and resellers, Laser will provide you with your choice of a refund, repair, or exchange (where possible) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, neglect, or improper storage. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase
How to make a product warranty claim:

  1. Find your receipt with the date of purchase. If this is not available, Laser will make an assessment based on the date of manufacture, condition of the product, and type of defect.

  2. Please contact your original place of purchase. They will assess the nature of the fault and refund or replace the product as per their store refund or warranty policy.

  3. If your original place of purchase cannot be contacted, please contact Laser with a description of the fault. To assist our team in providing you with a quick resolution, please include any photos and/or a short video demonstrating the fault with your product.

  4. The laser will review your claim and in the first instance, attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue for you without the need to return the product.

  5. If it is determined via troubleshooting that your product may be faulty, our team will provide instructions to have the product returned for assessment. If the product does need to be returned within the warranty period, Laser will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.

  6. Once we receive the product, our experienced technicians will assess it and determine how best to resolve the issue.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
