Loading the Ribbon

  1. Open the top cover and then open the panel
    Open the top cover first, then press the open cover button on both sides of the panel at the same time before lifting the panel upward.HPRT GT1 Thermal

  2. Loading the Ribbon
    Install the ribbon into the printer by pinching the left and right wings of the ribbon with both hands.

  3. Close the Panel
    Turn the panel down and press it with both hands until you hear a “pop” sound.

Putting in the paper

  1. Putting in the A4 paper
    Putting in the A4 paper as shown, up to 20 sheets of A4 paper can be placed at once.

Power On

  1. Connecting Power
    Plug the power cable into the power port on the back of the printer.

  2. Power On
    Long press the power button for 3 seconds to power on the printer. Note: Long press the power button can power off the printer.

Printing Wireless from Mobile Phone

  1. Download the APP
    Scan the QR code or search “Hereprint” in APP store to download the “Hereprint” APP.HPRT GT1 Thermal Transfer Printer - Qr

  2. Connect to printer via Wi-Fi
    ① Connect the mobile phone to Wi-Fi hotspot (select 2.4 GHz frequency band);
    ② Open “HerePrint” App, click “+” in the top right corner of Home to add the device;
    ③ Select GT series according to the guide of App;
    ④ Enter the Wi-Fi password;

  3. Printing via LAN
    ① The printer is on and connected to the same Wi-Fi hotspot as mobile phone;
    ② In “HerePrint” App, select the file to print, enter “Preview” and confirm the parameters, then your mobile phone can send data to the printer via LAN.

  4. Cloud Remote Printing
    ① The printer is on and the connected Wi-Fi hotspot can access the Internet;
    ② Even when the printer is not around you, you can still choose the file to print via “HerePrint” App. After entering the print preview, send the data to the printer through remote printing.

Printing from Windows PC

  1. Connect one side of the USB cable to the PC and the other side to the printer;
  2. Turn on the printer;
  3. Download the driver program from HPRT website and install it in the PC;
  4. Add the printer to the PC and print the documents from PC after establishing the connection.

Precautions

  1. The best operating temperature is 0℃~40℃, if the environmental temperature is too low or too high, the print quality may be affected.
  2. Please do not use the unofficial adapter or ribbon to ensure the print quality.
  3. During printing, the area around the print head is very hot. Do not touch it, as you could be burned.
  4. Do not pull out paper by force during printing, or else it may damage the printer.
  5. In a domestic environment this product may cause radio interference.
