SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Always assume that the tool contains fasteners. Careless handling of the stop tool can result in unexpected firing of the fastener and injury to the operator.

Manual for battery treatment

    CHOICE OF NAILS AND CLAMPS ACCORDING TO JOINT LENGTH AND MATERIAL CHARACTER

In order to achieve the required quality and result of the work, it is necessary to take into account in advance the nature (hardness) and thickness of the joined material. For the intended joint, it is necessary to select the necessary length of the nail or clip and, given their length and the hardness (character) of the material used, to set the force of the impact (see below).Soft material (soft wood, textiles, soft fiberboard such as OSB, plastics, etc.). Nails and staples up to 5 cm in length can be used. If the impact force is set correctly, the nail / clip will be completely shot into the material.

  • Hard material (hard wood, glued plywood, hard fiberboard as well as MDF boards). Nails and staples with a maximum length of up to 3 cm can be used and will be fired into the material at the maximum set impact force. When using a longer nail or clip, the entire length will not be shot even when the maximum impact force is set.

INSERTING NAILS / CLAMPS

WARNING

  • Always insert nails/staples, jammed nails and staples or other service work with the battery removed from the tool.
  • Always use only specified type F nails in the nailer/stapler; or clamps with the parameters specified in the technical specification, otherwise the cordless tool will not work or will not work properly (in the case of using T-type nails, they may jam).

SELECTING THE SHOOTING MODE AND ADJUSTING THE IMPACT FORCE

  • Switch the firing mode switch to position “A” or “B” according to the desired firing mode, where the switch position in position “A” is for single firing mode and in position “B” for continuous firing mode.
  • Single firing mode (selective contact triggering) (switch position: A). For each individual shot, first press the safety catch of the nail head by pressing the nailer on the work surface and then press the trigger of the tool cord.   • Continuous firing mode (continuous contact triggering) (switch position: B). NOTICE

IMPACT FORCE ADJUSTMENT

BATTERY INFORMATION

REMOVAL OF JAM CLAPLES / NAILS

WARNING

  • Remove the battery before removing jammed nails / clips from the tool cord.
  • Do not attempt to operate the nailer again after a nail or clip has jammed, otherwise the cordless tool may be damaged.
  1. Slide the tray cover and remove all staples / nails from the tray.
  2. If it is possible to remove the jammed nail or clip from the magazine space without the risk of damaging the cordless tool, remove it, for example, using suitable pliers, otherwise it is necessary to remove the front of the nailer after unscrewing the screws.
  3. After gently removing the jammed nails / staples, return the tool to working order and top up the nails and staples according to the above procedure.

USE AND MAINTENANCE OF BATTERY TOOLS

  • Power tools must not be overloaded. It is necessary to use the correct power tool that is intended for the work performed. The right power tool will do the job it was designed to do better and safer.
  • Power tools that cannot be turned on and off with the switch must not be used. Any  power tool that cannot be operated with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
  • Before making any adjustments, changing accessories or storing power tools, unplug the power tool and / or remove the battery pack from the power tool, if removable. These precautions reduce the risk of accidental starting of the power tool.
  • Unused power tools must be stored out of the reach of children and persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions must not be allowed to use the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of inexperienced users.
  • Power tools and accessories must be maintained. It is necessary to check the adjustment of moving parts and their mobility, focusing on cracks, broken parts and any other circumstances that may jeopardize the function of the power tool. If the tool is damaged, it must be repaired before further use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
  • Cutting tools must be kept sharp and clean. Properly maintained and sharpened cutting tools are less likely to catch on the material or become jammed and easier to control.
  • Power tools, accessories and tool bits etc. must be used in accordance with these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular power tool, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Using power tools for activities other than those for which they were designed can lead to dangerous situations.
  •  Handles and grip surfaces must be kept dry, clean and free of grease. Slippery handles and grip surfaces do not allow the tool to be held and inspected safely in unexpected situations.
  • Charge the tool only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that may be suitable for one type of battery pack may present a fire hazard when used with another battery pack.
  • Only use the tool with a battery pack that is specifically designed for the tool. Use of any other battery pack may present a risk of injury or fire.
  • When the battery pack is not in use, protect it from contact with other metal objects such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects that may cause one battery contact to connect with another. Short-circuiting the battery terminals may cause burns or fire.
  • If used incorrectly, liquids may leak from the battery; avoid contact with them. In case of accidental contact with these liquids, rinse the affected area with water. In addition, seek medical attention if fluid gets in your eyes. Liquids escaping from the battery can cause inflammation or burns.
  • A battery pack or tool that is damaged or rebuilt must not be used. Damaged or modified batteries can behave unpredictably, which can result in fire, explosion, or risk of injury.
  • Battery packs or tools must not be exposed to fire or excessive heat. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130 ° C may cause an explosion.
  • All charging instructions must be followed and the battery pack or tool must not be charged outside the temperature range specified in the operating instructions. Improper charging or charging at temperatures outside this range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.

SERVICE

  • Have your cordless tool repaired by a qualified person using identical spare parts. This will ensure the same level of tool safety as before repair.
  • Damaged battery packs must never be repaired. Repairs to battery packs should only be performed by the manufacturer or an authorized service center.
