Installation Instructions
Model CAB-COVER
Cover for Small CAB1R, Medium CAB2R and Large CAB3R Enclosure Backboxes
INTRODUCTION
The Model CAB-COVER from Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. is used as a
protective cover over the ventilation holes in the top of CAB1R, CAB2-BB/-RB
and CAB3-BB/-RB enclosures.
CAB-COVER is for indoor use only in dry environments.
INSTALLATION
Refer to Figure 1 for a typical CAB-COVER installation.
- Remove the two nuts from the studs on the CAB-COVER.
- Position the CAB-COVER over the top of the CAB enclosure, lining up the two studs on the CAB-COVER with the two slots closest to the front of the CAB opening. Secure the CAB-COVER in place with the two nuts.
The CAB-COVER is installed correctly when the side facing the back of the enclosure is open.
