Eyecup Setting
If you wear glasses, you will need to twist down the eyecups to the lowest position. If you do not wear glasses you will want the eyecups in their highest possible positions. Having the eyecup adjusted to the proper height ensures that you will see the entire field of view. If you see shading around the edges, adjust the height of the eyecup until it disappears.
Focusing
First, please close your right eye and use your left eye to look. Turn the
focusing wheel “E” as shown in figure 2-1 until the view with your left eye is
seen clearly. Next, close your left eye and use your right eye to look. Pull
the diopter adjustment wheel •s” down and adjust the diopter wheel as shown in
figure 2-2 (Left:+ Plus; Right:- Negative) until the image appears in sharp
focus, then push the diopter wheel back to lock it in place. Now both
eyepieces should be in sharp focus. Use the center focusing wheel “E” to re-
focus both eyepieces when observing a new object at a different distance.

Removable Eyecup
Turn clockwise to remove and detach.
Turn counterclockwise to replace or tighten if loose.
Caution: Do not attempt to over tighten as you may damage the eyecup in
process.
