Safety instructions
- The suction lifter should only be used on clean, dry, smooth and non-porous surfaces. Moisture and contamination can reduce the suction power of the lifter or lead to reduced slip resistance. Optimum adhesion can only be assured if the unit and work surface are kept clean.
- a. Use the suction lifter only for its intended purpose.
- b. This equipment is not designed or intended for climbing or supporting a person‘s weight. Misuse may result in serious injury or death.
- c. Ensure that the suction lifter is securely placed on a fi rm, level surface to minimize the risk of falling or damage.
- d. Always unplug the vacuum lifter from the electrical outlet before cleaning or servi-cing.
- e. Make sure the battery is fully charged before use to ensure safe and reliable per-formance.
- f. Use work clothes when using the vacuum lifter.
- g. Do not lift objects weighing more than 110kg.
- h. Dispose of the vacuum lifter and its batteries properly to prevent environmental pollution.
Manual
- Attention: The battery should be fully charged before use.
- Remove the safety cover. Make sure that the suction rubber is clean and dry. Check the device for possible damage.
- Check the object you want to lift: Is it smooth and clean?
- Hold the handle of the suction lifter and press the on/off switch until the left red light is on: the suction pump is working. While the pointer of the manometer turns to the green area (~400mmHg), the right fi rst green lamp lights up, which means the pump is off. Now you can lift the object.
- If the pressure falls into the red range, the lifter will automatically suck.
- To release the vacuum, confirm the on/off switch again. When you do this, the middle orange lamp lights up briefl y. Pull the rubber tab to release the suction lifter more easily.
- Clean the suction lifter, replace the safety cover, and store it in the plastic case.
Caution: Before you detach the suction lifter, the air should be completely pumped out and the suction lifter switched off.
Notes
- The suction base cannot be replaced.
- The filters can be replaced, but must be glued again afterwards.
- The battery can be used for up to 300 charging cycles.
