ARVIZON VEZO 360 Dash Cam
Operation Conditions
- Do not insert or remove a memory card while the Vezo is turned on. It may damage the device, memory card and recorded video files.
- Use only high-quality microSD cards of at least class 10 providing for the UHS-I protocol to avoid recording failures and playback delays.
- It is recommended to use 64 GB to 256GB memory cards.
- The device should only be used with the accessories that are provided by the manufacturer.
- Do not expose the product to fire, moisture, or chemicals.
- Do not disassemble or modify the product.
- ArVizon is not responsible for any data loss and/or direct or indirect damage caused by inappropriate use of the device, software or improper installation or using accessories that weren’t sent with the product.
- Attention! In some cars, the power is supplied to the 12/24V socket even when the ignition is off. It is recommended to disconnect the device from the vehicle network to avoid battery discharging.
- Follow the storage and operation temperature conditions (see technical specifications). Do not expose device in direct sunlight for too long.
- The device is designed to be used in cars with a transparent windshield or light-tone heat shield for glass. The video quality degrades when the windshield is tinted or coated with a dark heat shield film.
- Install the VEZO 360 in such a way as to get the maximum field of view. Avoid placing it in a location where it can block the view and endanger your safety while driving.
- The built-in battery helps you finishing your recording correctly.
- Do not use or leave the device at very high temperature (for example, at strong direct sunlight or a vehicle in extremely hot conditions). In very high temperature circumstances, put off the device from holder and store in car storage compartment or store in cool & dry place.
- Do not manipulate the device while driving to be sure you are driving safe.
- Set the correct date and time of device from companion mobile app.
- Heating of the case during operation is normal.
- Handle the device with due care; avoid dropping/crushing the device.
- The device’s hardware, software, and equipment list are all subject to modification by the manufacturer without prior notification. Before using the system, it is assumed that you agree with the above mentioned terms.

How to install
Warning: Do not install the product in a place where it can block the
driver’s field of vision.
Installation the VEZO360 Dash Cam
- Firmly open the side cap. Insert an SD card (up to 256GB) into a card slot. It is preferred to use SD cards with class 10 for a better data write speed. After you insert the card, close the side cap. Stick the car mount into your car windshield (ideally right in the middle)
- Remove the protective layer from an adhesive sticker of the mount. Find a good spot on your windshield and attach the mount with a little bit of a pressure.
- Make sure that the mount is strongly attached to the windshield.
- Magnetic attach VEZO 360 to the mount and slightly turn to lock perfectly.
- Attach the USB-C charging cable to VEZO 360’s charging port. Be sure to keep it away from the airbag area. Insert the car charger into your cigarette lighter, connect the dashcam to the Car Charger.
- Start your car to turn on the VEZO360 Dashcam. Connect it with your phone (referrer to the “’Vezo360 app’’ Section) and open the Vezo360 App to view a real-time feed.
Power connection
- It is advised that you only power the vezo360 using the included power adapter.
- Connect the power cord to the mount of the vezo360 before plugging the charger into the car’s cigarette lighter.
- When the car engine starts, the device turns on automatically
Device operation
Device preparation
- Insert the microSD card into the memory card slot. (The device must be turned off.)
- Insert the memory card until it is locked.
ATTENTION:
- Make sure the memory card is inserted correctly. If the memory card is improperly inserted this might cause damage to the device.
Warning:
- To prevent damage to the device, insert memory cards without using excessive force.
- The microSD card must be inserted into the slot until it locks (clicks)
- To remove the memory card, push the card until it clicks then pull it out of the device.
How to Use the Dash Cam
- Once you start the car engine the vezo360 dashcam will start.
- Press the touch button for about 5 seconds you will hear Hotspot on
- Connect the device’s Wi-Fi to the mobile app and access to live camera.
- Press the touch button for about 5 seconds you will hear Hotspot off
VEZO 360 Mobile App
- Downloading the VEZO 360 App
- For android / IOS phones, search for ‘’ Vezo360’’ in the Google Play Store or
- Apple App Store. Download the app and install it on your phone.
- Connecting the VEZO 360 App to your phone
- Connect your Android/IOS smartphone with the Vezo360 dashcam through Wi-Fi:
- Settings > WLAN > Select ‘’ Vezo360 WIFI’’ > enter password > open the Vezo360 App
Note: the initial WIFI password is 12345678
- Live Preview
- Once your phone is connected to the VEZO 360 Dash Cam, open the Camera view to see the real-time video feed and configure the dash cam.
- Take photos and Videos
- Tap the snapshot icon in the app or touch the shutter boot for 1-2 sec to take a photo.
- The photo will be automatically stored in the memory of VEZO 360.
- Media Gallery management
- View, edit, and share captured photos and videos.
Loop recording
- The Loop Recording mode activates as soon as the microSD card is inserted into the memory card slot.
- Select the duration of the loop record (settings in the mobile App)
- The device will automatically replace the oldest video file with the newest one when there is no more room on the memory card.
- All videos are stored in the Video folder.
G-Sensor
G-Sensor is to prevent deletion and overwriting of the current video
file. In order to safeguard the current video file.
Deletion
Please check on the APP and choose the file you wish to delete.
Note
- Do not remove or insert the micro-SD card when the camera is working
- Do not use the Car Charger to charge devices with Quick Charge technology.
Attention
- Our app and camera firmware will be update regularly, you can update the firmware via apps.
- Do not use cardboard, paper towel, or napkin to clean the lens.
- Avoid parking your car directly to the sun
- Do not try to repair, dismantle, or modify the dash camera hardware by yourself.
