CHARGING

  •  Before rst use please fully charge the product.
  • Connect the magnetic USB end of the charging cable (MCC3) to an external USB power source, then attach the other end of the magnetic charging cable to the charging port (best charging eciency with more than USB 8powe W r source). The red indicator means charging, green indicator means charging completed (battery power >95%).
  • Only charge with standard MCC3, not compatible with other MCC.

LED MODULE REPLACEMENT

Turn o the Olantern. Unscrew the cover as guided by the “OPEN” mark on the upper cap and remove it. Turn around the LED module anticlockwise and remove it from the base. Fetch another module and screw it onto the base. Reinstall the cover. If the LED module is not put in place, the indicator around the button will have no response and the product won’ t work when you turn on the Olantern.

NOTICE
The Olantern battery indicator is motion-sensitive. The indicator will fade on and o in green, yellow, or red to indicate a high, medium, or low battery level when you move the Olantern. After seven seconds with no motion, the indicator will turn off.

DANGER

  • DO NOT throw the light directly into human eyes, which may cause temporary blindness or permanent damage to the eyes.
  • DO NOT cover the Olantern that is on. The generated heat can cause burning or even unpredictable disasters.
  • Keep it out of reach of children.

WARNING
DO NOT immerse the Olantern in water.

HOW TO OPERATE

  • ON/OFF: Single click the button to turn the Olantern ON/OFF. The Olantern would return to the previously memorized setting when it is on.
  • CHANGE BRIGHTNESS LEVEL: When the Olantern is on with the White Light LED Module, press and hold the button and the Olantern would start from the present brightness level, automatically cycle through low, medium, and high setting. As for the Flaming LED Module, the brightness is xed and cannot be changed.
  • LOCKOUT/UNLOCK: When the Olantern is o, press and hold the button, it will enter the Lockout mode after staying in the low setting for a while. Under the lockout mode, when single click the button, the red indicator around the button will be on to signal that the Olantern is in lockout mode. To unlock it, keep holding the button until the Low mode is on again.
