Tips Before Playing Game On iOS & Android Device

1. Some controller supported games need to select ‘controller mode’ in the game settings before you using the controller to play For example: Genshin Impact (iOS), COD.
2. If you want to test if the controller can work normally or not. you can download “Combat Modern 5′ or ‘Asphalt 9 Legends’ to test, they fully support direct play.
3. Under iOS mode, it support “Genshin Impact’, and do not support PUG Mobile’.

Under Android mode, both ‘Genshin Impact’ & ‘PUGE Mobile are not Supper.

iOS system wireless connection guideline

Bluetooth Connection

1. Required system: iOS13.0+ version.

2. Press A+ for 2 sec until the BLUE lights flash quickly.

3. Turn on Bluetooth an iOS device. Tap “Wireless Controller’ to pair and connect when it appears on the avaliable list.

4. Once the connection has dene, BLUE lights will flash slowly

5. Notice:
   When the controller enters the Bluetcoth pairing mode with BLUE lights flash quickly, but canna cannot to your iPhone, successfully, please delete the device – ‘Wireless Controller’ on the iPhone, and then reconnect it.
   • If game can find in LUDU Mapp App, but can not play on the (OS device, please try to best controller by pressing ‘LB+ , and Bluetooth name is ‘Xbox Wireless Controller’.
   • For ‘Genshin Impact’ gamer, the supported system requires iOS 14.0+ version.

Android system connection guideline

Bluetooth Connection

1. Required system: Android 10.0+ version.

2. Press Y+ for 2 sec until the GLUE lights flash quickly.

3. Turn on Bluetooth on android device. Search and select ‘MOCUTE-HIDF 13-062 to pair and connect.

4. Once the connection has dene, BLUE lights will flash slowly.

5. Notice:
   • When the controller enters the Bluetooth paining mode with BLUE lights flash quickly, but cannot connect lo your phone, successfully, please delete the device
   ‘MOCUTE-HID? 13-060-7″ on the phone, and then reconnect it.
   • Ge not support ‘Genshin impacts’ and ‘PLBG’.

IMPORTANT:
For Call of Duly & Apex Legends & Honkai Impact3 games on Android please follow below steps lo connect controller
(If you find other games can not play under Y+ Home boot mode, please turn off controller, and reboot with follow steps)

1. Press LB+ (3) for 2 sec. until the BLUE lights flash quickly,

2. Tum on Bluetooth function on your Android device.

3. Search and select Xbox Wireless Controller’, once the connection has done, BLUE lights will flash slowly.

4. Bluetooth connection is dene, just enjoy COD and Apex legends on your Android device.

PC – Wireless connection guideline

Bluetooth Connection

1. Windows System Required: Win 7- Win 11 version.
   (It your PC does not have its own b:ueioosth function. then you need to buy another Bluetooth receiver.)

2. Bluetooth Receiver Hardware Required: Bluetooth 4.2 +.
   Make sure your PC device equipped Bluetooth receiver.

3. Lang press (about 10 sec) A+ ‘ key until the BLUE light changes Form steady on to fast flashing.

4. Turn on Bluetooth on PC device, Tap ‘Wireless Controller to pair and connect when it appears on the available list.

5. If the Bluetooth connect successfully, the BLUE lights will flash slowly.

6. Supported game:
   Most controller supported game downlead from Steam.

7. Notice:
   • Wien the controller enters the Bluetooth paring mode with the LED light flashing quickly, but cannot connect to PC successfully, please delete the device Wireless Controller’ on the PC, and then reconnect it.
   • Steam Setting: Go to steam interface — Settings — Controller – GENERAL CONTROLLER SETTINGS — Turn on “Xbox Configuration Support before playing game with controller,

PC Wired Connection

1. Windows System Required: Win 7- Win 11 version.

2. Insert Micro USE cable (included in package) to controller.

3. Press and hold on ‘A’ key, connect controller to PC by usb cable, then press ‘ ‘ to boot controller.(After completing this step, loose the A kay

4. If the controller is successfully connected, Xbox 360 Controller for Windows’ will be displayed on device list of the computer. The controller indicator light flashes alternately red and pink.

6. Notice:
   • If Xbox 360 Controller for Windows didn’t show on your PC or Controller didn’t work after connection, please unplug USB cable from the computer and controller, Reconnect it follow the pairing steps to connect again,
   • Steam Setting: Go to steam interface – Settings — Controller — GENERAL CONTROLLER SETTINGS — Turn on “Xbox Configuration Support before playing game with controller,

Q&A

1. Why does the controller still not work after the Bluetooth connection is Successful on phone?
2. Why i can’t find the, the “Wireless Controller” bluetooth?

1. The bluetooth name of controller is Wireless Controller”, please check if you connect the right controller,
2. If the “Wireless Controller” Bluetooth is connected but the Controller still cannot work, please forget (delete) the “Wireless Controller” device and then reconnect it.
3. If step 2 can not solve the problem, please delete all the Bluetooth device on the phone, then restart the phone and reconnect controller bluetooth.
4. Delete the controller bluetooth “Wireless Controller” on you phone (must do), turn off controller, press the Home key for about 8 ses, until the blue light flashes quickly, then reconnect controller bluetooth,

Why i can not play the game after connection?

1. Some games do not support the controller mode, please check if the game Supports controller operation on ‘Ludu Mapp App. lf the game cannot be found in the above two APPs, it means that controller operation is not supported.
2. Same controller supported games need to select ‘controller mode in the game settings before you using the controller to play For example: Genshin Impact.

Why doesn’t the controller indicator light tum on after Power on?

– If the indicator is not on and flashing, please check if the controller is connected 16 the
– Bluetooth of other devices please remove the connection of the other device and try again.

How could I know power status of the gamepad?

– When the battery power is low, the BLUE led light will flash Please charge the gamepad, then RED light will on, and the RED light will off when fully charged.

Why does the kay not work as normal?

1. Long press ‘Reset’ hole on the controller to reset the gamepad
2. After reset, if still doesn’t work, please download ‘game controller from App store, open ‘game controller’. then press each kay on gamepad to check if it is work, If the button is normal, there will 2 a mapping response on the ‘game controller’ App.
3. If the gamepad is defective, please contact us for replacement or refund.

Why the controller got delay or latency after used a while?

– Please recharge the controller fully.

– Physical solution:
Press left or right rocker and turn the rocker 4-5 rounds to reset axis of rocker.

Can’t power on the controller after charging overnight.

– While charging, the charging led light stays on, but still cant power on the controller, Then, you need to press the RESET key to reboot the controller.
While charging, there is no any led light in the controller. That means the charge cable is dead, please use another charge cable. There will be a led light stays on while the charging cable works.
– 9. Once the controller is connected to the iOS device if it has not been connected to other devices (such as Android), then the next time you want to connect to this iOS device (the same device as last connecting), you can press the ‘Home’ button to boot controller, and it will automatically reconnect.
However, if you have connected to other devices having connecting, you need to connect it according to the steps of the first connection. (This rule also applies to Android devices)
