INSTALL ATION INSTRUCTIONS
APPLICATION
The optional WLD3CABLE-E sensor for the WiFi Water Leak and Freeze Detector extend the sensing range of the detector. Multiple cable sensors can be connected to each other, up to 152 meters (500 feet) in length.
INSTALL ATION
Installing Additional Cable Sensors
- Insert the plug from the accessory cable sensor into the jack on the water leak detector, as shown in Fig. 1.
- For additional cable sensors, plug each new accessory sensor into the end of the previous accessory sensor, then plug in the original cable sensor at the end of the cable.
The detector and cable sensors are all reusable. After an alarm, simply wipe
dry the detector and cable sensors and put them back in place.
For detector and cable sensor operation, refer to the Reside app and the
literature that came with the detector.
